Joanne Kimber, she has worked tirelessly, on our behalf for a few months, when we were looking for a new agent. The process of getting the property back on the market, was quite difficult and time consuming, and she helped us all the way through the process, with her advice, and vision. The property is now let, with a rent she thought we could achieve, if we followed her advice (we were were doubtful) but we achieved that rent , which was considerably more than previous tenant was paying.
