Fab service!
We have recently sold our home with Ryder and Dutton. The service we received selling our home was amazing, everything from the initial valuation to completing on our sale. Nicole (sales negotiator) was allocated to our sale, she was friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Nicole kept us updated frequently and was very supportive throughout the process and we can't recommend her enough.

Lauren Coomber always kept us informed with viewing feedback and once a sale agreed continually chased both parties solicitors and the purchasers mortgage broker.
A much more professional service than I have ever previously experienced elsewhere.

Thank you for speaking with me today to discuss the length of time it is taking for your house purchase to be completed. I understand this exciting time of buying a home for your family has been tainted by the delays and assure you that a date is expected imminently. I have raised your concerns with our head of conveyancing and assure you that we will be doing all we can to get you into your new home as soon as possible. On average, the UK house purchase process is taking 20 weeks to complete which you are fast approaching, we will endeavour to ensure it happens as quickly as possible.
We hope our new Rochdale premises will be ready to visit in the near future.

House sale success
Our house sale was managed very professionally by Ryder & Dutton. We were pleased with the photos and description and were very happy that we did not need to do the viewings. We found it easy to contact members of the team and were impressed with all involved in our sale. Lauren Coomber was exceptional and definitely was instrumental in the success of our sale. She was always calm and courteous whilst providing sound advice and suggestions. She was our main contact and helped us to obtain information on progress from our and purchaser's solicitors .

Nicole O'brien went above and beyond…
Nicole O'brien went above and beyond during the sale and purchase process. Providing a lot of information and support when when process got confusing or stressful, as this was the first time for me going through both steps of the process. Would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

A very good experience on the whole. The first viewing was a bit of rash. After that things were smooth. Jenny was particularly great, professional, considerate and empathetic. She is an asset for the company.

I sold my brothers house through Ryder…
I sold my brothers house through Ryder and Dutton after he sadly died last year. I was in a state of shock and grieving but Nicole O`Brien, who managed the sale, and was excellent. Nicole was very patient, kind and understanding throughout the whole process. Nicola was very helpful and guided me through the sale at every level. Thank you Nicole.
