The only vape juices I now use! It’s been around 3 months and I genuinely won’t use another brand. The flavours are exactly as they say, they feel premium and vape very well.

Wrong nicotine mg

I purchased 10 bottles of self juice. 6 of these were fine and correct mg

4 of the bottles were orange ice and came in double the nicotine MG . They were pretty harsh

I emailed them ' no response

I emailed again incase i had sent it to wrong email address and included pictures and still no response about 10 days since the first email

At this point i dont care, not looking for order to be replaced as i went and bought new orange ices from the local VPZ shop but i am writing the review because the customer service
is poor and they just dont respond it seems

I wont buy from here again

Where is my order gone!?

I ordered on their website and have no news about it! Tried to reach them on their mail address but all I got was an automatic response, tried again on their website and again nothing, tried to have news about my order but can have any news about it! The costumer service is not existent. No possible way to know if your order has been sent or not, or where it is. They say deliver fast it’s been a week already.. and since I can’t know anything about my order I can’t get a refund neither but yes they took my money and no I got nothing
 if you see this am still waiting atm!

Quality juices, lots of flavours and quick delivery.

Great company, quality juices with good choice of flavours - my faves are blackcurrant and spearmint. Order only took a few days. Normally purchase self juices from a shop in my nearest city but seeing as I don't go that often, i'll definitely re-order online again

empty package

Received empty package already opened. Just with invoice

Update: Unfortunately I have received 0 emails and can prove that nothing has been sent to myself, checked spam also. As for phone calls, I am currently on vacation so will not receive any. Have emailed multiple times.

please double check you have sent any emails, as so far I’ve had 0 correspondence from yourselfs.

Months later. Still no correspondence.
