We are very pleased with our new furniture. S10 were always very responsive to our communications.

Mixed experience: Beautiful product, but a highly stressful process

We love the final product, but getting there was a real rollercoaster.

The Cons:
The Samples: Like another reviewer mentioned, we were disappointed to receive a two-sided sample. While we appreciate the company’s commitment to sustainability, not being able to lay the options side-by-side made it incredibly difficult to choose a colour. It almost put us off ordering entirely.
The Delivery Stress: After waiting longer than the stated 8-10 week lead time, we were given 5 days' notice for a specific Sunday delivery window. Unfortunately, we were out of the country due to an unexpected family emergency. The company’s initial stance was incredibly rigid, essentially telling us "not our problem" and threatening a £160 storage fee to push it to the next delivery run. When you are already dealing with a family crisis, this lack of empathy is deeply upsetting. While they did eventually agree to shift the date by a few days so one of us could rush back, the communication was frustrating and stressful. Sadly, it has cast a bit of a shadow over the whole experience.
The Pros:
The Table: On a positive note, the table itself is lovely. The wood is beautiful and it is clearly well-made.
The Delivery Team: The actual delivery drivers were fantastic—very professional, polite, and efficient.
Overall, it’s a great piece of furniture, but the customer service during a difficult time left a lot to be desired.

Hired to complete a job- then instead of paying me for the job at the customers house they blocked my number. Awful customer service I am shocked and appalled by the untrustworthy ethos of this company. I am a joiner, cabinet maker and small business owner and I would never not pay someone for their time. I will not recommend their business to anyone

The Loulou table in Darker Walnut is the best investment we've made. The extension mechanism is genius - simple to use when guests are over, but looks like one solid piece when closed. We paired it with Julia chairs, which are incredibly stylish and comfortable.

A big thank you to S10Home for our custom Ella table. We choose the Chocolate Oak finish, and it provides such a warm, cozy feel to our kitchen. It's become the heart of our home for everything from monitoring coffee to late-night work. The finish is flawless.

Highly recommend the Vivien table and chairs combo. We went for the Cotton finish on Oak, and it's the perfect scandi look-light, airy, but incredibly solid. It's rare to find furniture that feels this heavy-duty yet looks so elegant. Great communication throughout.

Just received our Liana table in Walnut, and it is a true work of art. The deep, rich tones of the walnut grain are stunning. We already had some vintage chairs, and this table pulls the whole room together perfectly. The wait was definitely worth it for this level of quality.

The quality of the table and the chairs is first class and together they are so well suited to the space we bought them for.

The table and chairs arrived this week. All we had hoped for. The Service was excellent from start to finish and we were kept up to date with progress.

Our LouLou table is absolutely perfect for our home. The colour, texture and proportions fit the space beautifully.
The quality of the wood and the level of craftsmanship are outstanding, and the service from S10home was exellent from start to finish. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality wooden table.

Really happy with our table. Impressed with the quality and workmanship. Always a bit nervous buying online without seeing a product yourself but the communication was great through out, very responsive on emails and was good to be able to approve the wood that would be used too! Delivery takes a while but that’s understandable considering how far it comes and the 2 men unpacked and built the table quickly and efficiently

I received my table and chairs in January and I am very pleased with the quality and design. It works beautifully in my kitchen. The ordering process was straightforward. The product has a superior design & finish and the installation team were very efficient.
One small niggle - I would like to see the company expand its delivery process and offering as they grow. I’m guessing the current set up won’t work for all customers (to get a few days notice of delivery and, if that slot cannot be met, it can be up to 1 month before the next trip to the UK for delivery is made). People work, they have long standing commitments. It felt quite challenging to get that information out of the company and it was a frustration in an otherwise good experience and lovely product. I’m hopeful that as the company grows they will have more options available to them. All that said, the actual product is superb and that is the key outcome. I recommend the furniture - it’s really stunning and I wish S10 home every success for the future. It’s a founder led business and deserves to continue to grow and flourish.

The communication and service from Diana and the team were fantastic throughout. The quality of the final product is outstanding and we could not be more pleased with our beautiful new table and bench. Would not hesitate to purchase from S10 again or to recommend to anyone!

We're completely in love with our new extending dining table from S10 Home.
From the very first conversation to the final delivery, the whole experience was effortless. We were kept informed at every stage, got to choose our own planks of wood, and even received progress photos along the way - a level of service you rarely see.
Wo chose the Lillian extendable table in Chocolate Oak, and it looks absolutely beautiful in our home.
The delivery team, who came all the way from Ukraine, were professional, friendly, and left everything spotless.

The communications with S10 Home office/ Diana after ordering and prior to delivery were great and informative.
The delivery delay albeit a bit longer than expected was very good with time slot and ability of tracking van. The packaging was very good and two guys were efficient and pleasant.
Table and chairs are very stylish.
We were slightly disappointed with quality of table top being a light coloured oak which has black resin filled in cracks and slight faults. We were reassured that it was normal practice and did not impair the quality of the wood. These could not be detected when selected the planks.
We have grown to love the table and those little imperfections add to its charm.

Working with S10home has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. From visiting the showroom and selecting the timber ourselves to the final delivery, everything felt well organised and genuinely personal
The table is stunning - especially the extension leaves, which are made from the same wood so the grain continues naturally. It looks seamless and beautifully crafted.
