Puchased a Siemens PLC adapter , arrived yesterday . Happy with it as it is backwards compatible with all Ms Windows systems from 7 up to 11.

S7 automation websit purchace of a siemens plc basic starter kit with touch screen
No goods after payment recieved . Did not reply to chasing up order emails
No phone line working
Had to recall my funds via my bank after 5 weeks
Very dissapoined with the company i will not recomend them

order received on time - PLC S1500 refurbished in Hungary.

s7automation.com IS A SCAM!!! AVOID

We paid them for 3 TIA Portal licenses, they said they received the payment and that from 1-2 business days they would send us the licenses and after more than a week they have not sent us anything.

They are not answering any emails from any of their 3 email addresses:
- support
- sales
- cs
and their only phone number contact does not work.

The person assisting claimed to be named Florian Dresdner.

Wir haben Mitte Dezember 2024 Ware in Höhe von 1'500.- Euro bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Obwohl bestätigt wurde, dass die Artikel innerhalb von einer Woche lieferbar wären, haben wir bis heute 24.02.2025 keine Ware erhalten!
Auf unsere Anfragen erhalten wir seit über drei Wochen keine Antwort. Wir werden nie wieder bei s7automation.com bestellen und wenn wir die Artikel bis Ende Februar nicht erhalten, werden wir rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
Definitiv keine Empfehlung!

Purchased a Siemens PLC adapter and received it in 2 days in Larnaca Cyprus - happy with the product support received from the sales team.

Thanks to Alex at customer service for helping us installing the TIAPortal software.

Scam, ordered an obsolete Siemens Part 4 weeks ago, as below reviews, received email support etc until Bank Transfer was made.... no response for 2 weeks now!

No answer to emails or phone calls.

AVOID

It seems we are another victim of their fraud. We paid them in Dec 2021 Euro 4210 for Siemens Part# 6ES7414-4HJ04-0AB0 . They were very prompt in their email response but after they received the funds they are not replying to our emails and their phone line don't work.

It is scam they are running and claim to be Authorized Siemens distributor since 2007 on their website. Please report them to relevant authorities to stop them from cheating other people.

Purchased a refurbished Siemens TD HMI display from them last week, I got impressed when I received a brand new one in sealed package.
For Europe I was able to choose only DHL or UPS , unfortunately they don't use FedEx.

I have ordered about 4 times from S7Automation.com and I was pleased every time one of their service guys got in contact with me and explained the order status and expected arrival time (some of the items were huge - like large motors , vfd drives etc ). I would recommend them to anyone .
