My journey with Saaligners has really been a fast journey. From time to pay to aligners being delivered has just been approximately 3 weeks. I'm just now ending the first two weeks of my first set of aligners and can already see a bit of movement in my top two front teeth. It's minimal but seeing is a big deal! I can't wait to get a couple more sets done so the bigger difference will be apparent!!!

So far, so good! SAA has been so helpful in every single way, the price cannot be beaten, the response time and attention to detail is so far outstanding! Im just now receiving my aligners, so have not even put them in yet, as they just arrived today, but Im looking fwd to the (second) teeth straightening journey ahead, I have zero worries that this round will be abundantly superior to the first round I did as an adult (thru a far-worse company that left me with a horrid experience). I will update my review as needed, but I think if youve researched aligner companies meticulously as I did and youre on the fence re which one to choose, give SAA a shot!

SA Aligners have been very professional, helpful, and available when I've had any questions. I am waiting on my kit with my aligners, and I can't wait to get started with my personalized treatment plan.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, they are super quick in response and really try to help you. Taking impressions though is not so easy as I thought it would. Also, instructions sent with kit do not include how to use the cheek retractor. I love the company and the pricing but it will take a bit of work to make it happen on the customer side. My son is 16 and could only get some impressions done right. If you have a younger child it might be really hard to get it done properly. They do offer live sessions with a dentist thought however you should keep in mind that you will responsible for doing the entire process by yourself. They also want pictures of the teeth and some are inside the mouth and it is hard to take as well.

My experience thus far has been fantastic! They are in consistent and regular communication about the process. I haven't gotten to the part of receiving my aligners yet, still processing and creating. I will update as I go.

I would say that the experience so far is good. Would of helped to know in advance what the expectations for all steps that needed done , as far as follow-up with taking pictures and reporting back. SA Aligners constantly calling and sending emails. The aligners fit well and seem to be performing as expected.

Quick responses. So far, so good.
The company has been good at contacting us through the steps of the process. We had a hiccup with the teeth impressions, but that was mostly our fault. I have been communicating with an individual through email and so I havnt looked much at the website. It would be nice to have an app or create an online profile to upload photos and mark progress instead of just doing responses to personal emails. Maybe you can do this on the website, but I havnt checked. We are in the beginning stages of treatment and we have not received our 3d treatment plan or aligners. I am really hoping that they will work well for my son and fit correctly. We had issues with a previous company and the fit of the aligners wasnt good and they dug into my son's gums. They were painful in a way that it wasn't supposed to be. So far SA aligners has been on top of communication and their willingness to help with any questions and concerns we have.

So far, I am beyond happy with the customer service that I have received from saaligners. From the very beginning till now, they have been there every step of the way. Their live customer representative made it very easy, and she was extremely patient in guiding me through the dental molding process. Also, they have reached out to me on several occasions to share where my order stands. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service.
