I’ve been extremely impressed with the entire team at SaasLaunch and how well their process is structured from start to finish. My initial contact was with Mathew, who took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable moving forward. He did a great job breaking down the process and setting expectations.

They are incredible, broke negative limiting beliefs, a group of professionals that really care. I have been working with them for a year and they are literally the best.

They pulled the classic used car salesmanon me promising a shiny rocketship that will take my SaaS to Mars but I just got a Civic that didn't deliver any results. They pressured me into signing the contract during our call, and I didn't have time to read it all, and after signing it, I realized that it wasn't what I wanted. They never took the time to understand the SaaS (low-ticket offer) and wanted to use webinar funnel which doesn't make sense for my SaaS's price point. I requested a refund and they forced me to continue with them, they refused to give me a refund. So after a lot of back and worth we agreed to re-do the SLA with a UGCs. The UGCs that were created were good. So we ran the campaigns and had 0 success. So all in all just flushed a lot of money down the toilet other than the UGC contnet that doesn't resonate with my leads.
