I was banned for no reason from playing insurgency sandstorm. when i reached out to support, they asked me for my ID number to check on the problem. I gave them my ID and they never responded. and now im out 33$ because they robbed me for no reason. I cant use the software and they wont help me at all.

very poor customer service!
what a poor after sales service. put simply the 2 new maps add to roadcraft both have mission that ever dont start or cant be completed. contacted saber about this and sent them my game save so they can fix it. receved this email back: Thank you for providing all that information. I have forwarded it to our development team for their review.

We will contact you if we require any further information from you.

this was on the 15th of October.
ive since then sent 2 emails asking for an update and also informing them of the mod_editor not working and can not send crash report. both emails have gone unanswered and have yet to here a single thing about my save game, so now ive got a game i can not play at all without redoing the whole of this 2 maps that ive spent hours on and a mod editor that dose not work (tried on 3 different computers and fresh installs).

now dont get me wrong i know full well they are working on a lot of games and a lot of people contacting them, but i sent an email to them from my 2nd email address and they have responded within 2 days! so its clear that they are just ignoring my emails instead of just giving me an update.

so thats why im writing this review, not because its taking along time to fix the game, but because they are intentionally ignoring my emails and refusing to give an update! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, YOU DONT JUST BLANK THEM!

UPDATE: still no response, still unable to play the game. NEVER GIVING SABER A PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN. NO MORE BUYING GAMES, SEASSONS OR ANY DLC'S.
I REFUSE TO FUND COMPANYS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS, THAT THINK BLANKING THERE CUSTOMERS IS AWAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!

Absolute trash made PVP-mode in a full price game.
unbalanced, clunky welcome back in 2011 with all the old grind and anger to force archivementhunters grind to balance the Incredible incompetence and greed of the ''devs'' (i bet they UX- manager let made his /her/their toddler the PVP concept)

Saber Interactive is one of the worst video game studios I've ever seen. They release half-finished games so they can boast about adding content every 2 months (as if it were something unique in our time) ... content that is purely cosmetic or obsolete and which is always accompanied by a patch that removes the little fun that players can have through their games. They do not respect the lore of the licenses that have the misfortune of working with them, they do not respect the players who have the misfortune of buying their half-finished games, they lie about the present and future content of their games, they spoil the gameplay with nerfs on PVE modes and prevent players from appropriating gameplay in their games. Once the game is patched with their new bugs, the player has to wait 2 months to get a response from them. The biggest proof of their lack of respect for players is that they opened test servers (for PC players only) and a month later the game is unplayable for the majority of people. In addition, they have bots present on the forums to make people believe they are happy players. They are lazy, liars and the opposite of what a video game studio should be.

About as bad at communication as you can get. One of the worst experiences buying and playing a game with an IP that is beloved by generations. There’s a clear disconnect from the passion of the dev team and the clueless management. A management team that’s motivated by greed and no actual care for the end user experience is embarrassing for all the hard work that went into the game’s development. Never ever will I purchase a saber interactive game again no matter what IP they get ahold of.

Ich habe world war z per pros Konto von einer ps5 auf die andere transferieren wollen. Geht nicht...ich habe das Geld bezahlt. Es wurde mir versprochen das es geht. Es geht nicht! Also es geht...von ps5 auf ps4 zum Beispiel. Oder umgekehrt...aber es geht nicht von einer ps5 zur nächsten. Kein Kindernsupport. Keine Rückerstattung. Die Email die ich nach 9 Tagen(!!) bekomme habe sagt sowas wie: nicht unser Problem du loser.

Danke für nichts. Es bringt zwar garnichts, aber für so eine Firma kaufe ich auch keine Space Marine

What a garbage company. Fix your Snow Runners net code it doesn't work 90% of the time. Don't buy Expeditions if you plan on playing with friends cause I bet they will ditch it once they grab as much money as they can. You've been warned.

Need some support about a game update and had the right answer in no time (despite my English).

So, that far, Saber Games deserves 5 stars.
