WARNING. Sabneo DO NOT Return or Refund faulty items

We ordered three light sabers as a Christmas present for our children. Upon unwrapping the gifts on Christmas Day, two of the three light sabers did not work. Permanent audible warning "No power, please recharge" regardless of how many hours of charging was provided. Over the next 4.5 months Sabneo had us disassemble the light sabers, make battery terminal adjustments, install new circuit boards and new batteries - none of which resolved the issue. Naturally, we requested a Return and Refund of the faulty items. WARNING. Sabneo DO NOT provide refunds for FAULTY items and prefer to shutdown communications instead. We have reported Sabneo to VISA to have the matter investigated.

Pixel blade fault - no response

I bought a Sabneo V8 Pixel 2.0 Walker X from Sabneo in May 2025. This was the second saber I have bought from this company and always really happy with their products.

Unfortunately the pixel blade stopped working. I put it into the other saber that I bought from Sabneo and it didn’t work in that either.

I have tried to contact Sabneo over the past 4 weeks by email, through their website and through their many advertised social media but there has been no response from them. Absolutely nothing.

It seems they are willing to sell you the goods but when it comes to customer after care and their given Lifetime Guarantee, they are somewhat lacking.....

Broke on first duel, And confirmed from Sabneo no plans to replace under warranty

Had the sabneo V8 Alpha for less than 6 months, was on display and untouched for the entire lenght since purchase. On cristmas I've taken it down to be played with, and the first instance of Semi-rough use, its shattered the blade. Website's claims of fit to fight with and durable blades are completely false.

To make things worse the "lifetime warranty on ALL electrics" is a lie. Explained the situation to the customer team, that on first real use it was broke, met with the blades are not covered by the warranty and that my only action is buy a new one.

The product is great and i was in love, as a display piece for my home, but DO NOT use for dueling or any rough use as they will just break, and Sabneo wont honour their claims of warranty.

Don't bother.

Don't bother. Buy from a company with an iota of customer service. I cant comment on the quality because they ship via Evri and we didn't receive what we ordered. Twice. They have the contract with the shipping companies, not us, and they did nothing to sort it out. If you use a crap carrier, and they don't deliver, why in the world would you do it again. And then tell us it's our problem. So our son hasn't got his wish from Santa, even though we ordered in plenty of time. They really don't deserve anyone's trade for shoddy service, poor choices and lack of effort.

Tried to order two lightsabers from my…

Tried to order two lightsabers from my UK address in Scotland and after two weeks going back and forth with SABNEO I was eventually told that they do not deliver to my address. Poor customer service and judging by others experience it was probably better I could not place an order.

Looking at alternative suppliers to source these items.

Do not buy …

Sent several emails about a replacement charger, didn’t even receive a reply. They take your money and run. Please don’t buy from this company unless you want zero customer service.

DO NOT buy form this company

i emplore everyone reading this DO NOT use this company they sent me a saber that didnt work and wouldnt refund or replace it just sent me out a part that hasnt arrived and the tracking number they gave me didnt work i have sent a ridiculous amount of emails 95% of which have been completely ignored and the couple times they did reply it took 3 to 4 days ! it completely ruined my little boys birthday and i am going to my bank to get a chargeback for my money.

TOTALLY A BIG SCAM AVOID AVOID

Order there new light sabre. Not a hundred percent that they actually send one out. Weeks and weeks later still nothing and no actual courier no. Still awaiting money back. If I'm honest it seems like a big SCAM so AVOID had nothing but lies and rubbish told to me. If I could give them and huge minus score I would so my score would be -100/10

If I could put 0 I would. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I have been battling with them since Jan 2024 to get resolution for two faulty sabres that were xmas gifts for my Nephews in 2023. After they sent incorrect parts to "fix" the problem in June 2024, I contacted them again and again with no response. It was not until I emailed aggressively in November 2024 that they did they respond to me. They claimed they would send two brand new sabres not just parts (after generic auto responses and back and forth asking again what the problem was, they had this information since Jan 2024!). Guess what I received a month later? More parts! The same ones as before! I have sent them pictures, I have tried emailing and contacting through instagram. These guys could not be worse. I have even gone to consumer affairs and they also were unable to get a response from this piss-poor excuse of a company. Do not spend your money here, get a better quality sabre elsewhere, where you will be treated like a human being and show at least some decency.

The date I have put is the day of my last straw. When CAV was contacted.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Avoid at all costs. I purchased 2 sabres from Sabneo and haven't received anything. I have contacted their customer service team, and was basically told to sort it out myself. They were meant to be for my sons birthday on the 18 April, they were purchased beginning of April. 6 weeks with no Sabres, no refund and no help.

Only use this company if you want to be robbed. Bellends!

No response from customer service

I bought the sabre for my partner for Christmas, I knew it was going to turn up late and was fine with that, that being said it turned up a day earlier than expected. It worked for a bit, and then battery ran out, for a day and a half we tried charging the sabre, trying different sockets, power cables and USB plugs... Eventually we got it working by trimming a bit of the plastic of the lithium battery..... And we got it working again, but it's sparodic it works and then it doesn't, I'm pretty sure the battery connectors need ranging but there's no way to fully remove the battery, only pull one end part of the way out.... I know a lot of the other sabre manufactures suggest a quick fix as removing the battery and just reangling the connectors, but that doesn't seem possible with the Sabneo.... I've now messaged them 3 times since the 27th of Dec and have had nothing from them ..... The sabre over all is fantastic when it works, and I'm pretty sure the issue is a quick fix, I just need to speak to someone at Sabneo to make sure the issue is A) what I think it is and B) the best way to rectify it..... Their customer service is shite, I mean I know we've had new year, there's not even a message to say, we've got your message and are in the process of replying to our messages, or something, just so I know I'm not being ignored....

Terrible customer service!

Placed an order, which I managed to receive, albeit late, but I think this was more down to the courier company who are renowned for their shoddy service. The sabre's while look well made, are very fiddley to use having only one button. The worst part is the customer service, who so far have failed to respond to any of my requests for details on how to return the items.

This company has to be the VERY WORST. After giving me a return address IN FRANCE, the item was returned to me with the courier informing me that the address refused to accept the items! After many emails back & forth through PayPal, they have given me another returns address, this time IN DUBAI!!!
Never buy from these bunch of shisters!

I still have not received my two sabers…

I have just received my parcel from Evie. Not sure what was going on with them saying have misplaced earlier when it must of been in transit. anyway I have now changed review for delivey. Hope the products are good but will have to wait until Christmas.
This was my review earlier......I still have not received my two sabers which are Christmas presents. Evie the courier say they have been misplaced now. The info. came from Sabeno saying over a week ago that they were with Evie after days of trying to get an answer. The order was placed on the 4th December. There is something not right about this whole process looking at other reviews. is this all a scam?

brilliant strong sabers

I was skeptical at first, given the low price. The sabers arrived, and they are amazing! They are very strong, very stylish, and better than Disney's.
I look forward to more from Sabneo, maybe a double edge like Darth Maul. Great company and fantastic fast customer service

Awful company beware

Awful company brought two lightsabres in their so called offer which was reported as ending that day yet is still happening now.

I ordered with a delivery of 3-6 days i am now 16 working days since ordering and still no sabres. I have regularly contacted customer service requesting my tracking details and they have not supplied them instead stating that they have spoken to the courier. The companies tracking provides no information at all only a line claiming to show delivery.

I have now requested a refund and I will await a response.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I have not recieved my parcel despite Fed EX admitting it has been misplaced they will not refund me in full this is the response I got:
I apologise for not replying in time due to the weekend
We are very sorry for the huge loss due to the logistic problem.
There are two options
1. We can give you a refund of half the amount and we will bear part of it with each other.
2. You complain about the logistics and ask them to give you the amount of compensation for the goods, use the compensation amount of £50 to give us. We will immediately resend the goods for you

We are very sorry for the behaviour of the logistics, this is a very serious staff error, they did not take photos and did not actively communicate the result, we are also in the complaint!

This was a birthday present for my daughter I am now £120 out of pocket abd they only inusred it with the courier to the value of 60 usd
