Mike just help me purchase a 6 acre rural property. After we did a full round of inspections and found numerous unknown problems, he was able to further negotiate another $75,000 off this home. If he hadn’t have successfully negotiated that extra discount, I would have probably passed on buying this home. Staff performed impeccable and got documents out on time and was 100% efficient on follow up.

This realtor definitely has his marketing game on high! I was very pleased of the marketing results for my home and they showed me the analytics that thousands of people say my home online. I used Home Realty Pros to list and sell my home. We had a very aggressive buyer that offered over asking price thanks to Mike's teams great marketing. The buyer continued to ask for concessions during the transaction because they felt they were due to the 'over asking' price. Mike handled these buyer asks professionally and without upsetting them and losing them in our sale. We sold for $18k over asking!!
