The quality of the products has always been good from this store and the delivery was on time. The staff are helpful and answer the calls or messages promptly.

It was ok service half of the products are out of stock they don't even write it try to buy biryani masala 3 times and they didn't have it in stock what they don't have they should write its out of stock but no they don't bad service

Package I received for Chalna daal was broken. I had to do cleaning of entire floor after delivery guy left. This is after I cleaned my house as it was all over once I opened the box

First of all I didn’t receive my refund from the last purchase and this order was delayed. I try to call the person but no answer. Very disappointing

I ordered online from Sadda but the quality of vegetables it delivered was bad. Especially the okra and mustard leaves. The mustard leaves looked all worn out and old. They were not green and fresh.

The okra was really bad. Most of the okra I got was large and hard which never cooked.

Really unhappy with the kind of quality they deliver online. I will never order from them

I am extremely disappointed with this order. I had to change the delivery address and called and left 4 voice notes and 3 emails asking them to change the address, but still got delivered to the wrong address, where no one is living now. Pls refund my money immediately.

Order very delayed unable to get response from customer services after trying multiple times both email and phone . Not a reliable platform I worry I may not get orders if I order again as vendor not contactable

Everytime I order some item will be missing when they deliver, some rotten and spoiled items they send, also some fruits and vegetables would be smashed to juices when I get it. They delay in refund as well even after informing them immediately after delivery. This time I have not yet received a response or refund for the spoiled and missing items..

I have been ordering from Sadda online since COVID . It is such a simple and straightforward process . You get called and informed if something is not available from the order and options are given . Extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend it . Thank you Sadda 😊
