I ordered 2.5 kgs mango box. I have received a 1.5 kgs box. It has only 4 mangoes in it out of which 2 are rotten. So overall I have paid 16.95 GBP to get 2 good mangoes. Not acceptable. Never ordering from here again!

Received the item very quickly and the item was exactly as ordered.

Worse service. Wrong items delivered, there is 10£ diffence in billing, response is worst. Handling customer is very bad. I recommend not to buy in online.

Scored well on delivery and freshness of the food items. The only issue I had was the cucumber( Valarika) was priced quite high considering the size of the vegetable. The weight of the item is not mentioned on the website

I wanted to amend my order placed online which I requested for using the chat bot on the website, and i did receive a reply from the store confirming that my requested changes will be amended to the order. Inspite of all of this still recieved the wrong order and upon getting on contact later over a call was told that "these things happen and we cannot do anything about it".

There was a missing item from order list, raised a complaint and waiting for appropriate action. Received a followup call next day stating we will address this issue but no reply for further follow-ups.
