Bouquets and one brickbat
The sales person ( Mark ) was compelling but the instillation team outstanding. The only issue i had was accessing terracotta tiles to act as a reserve resource if the original tiles fractured whilst panels were laid. Mark had suggested matching the tiles would not be an issue. It was. He was very slow returning my pleas. I was ultimately able to organize a match via Smithfield. It cost an extra $400.....and it was a pain. More help in this regard would have been appreciated. Do the sales people and the instillation team talk. They seriously need to. The friendliness and competence of the instillation squad sat very well with us. I would recommend SAE very positively.

The only down fall for us was the 8-9…
The only down fall for us was the 8-9 week wait to have our solar installed (if we were told this before we signed the contract we probably would have chosen another company) apart from that everything else was fine .

Have been looking into solar for awhile and SAE group made the decision easy. They did not push finance or any other options just gave me straight up practical advice. The install went really well and ended up changing the panel positions slightly to harness the sun a bit better. Fantastic and clean install. Very happy

Generally happy with service and installation…
Generally happy with service and installation. Not prepared to be more detailed until I receive my next power bill and see whether the savings touted have actually been achieved.
Company representative and office staff I have dealt with have been very polite and helpful. Installation team were punctual and very good communicators as day went on. Noise and disruption was minimised. Some items of material left behind - pieces of wire, plastic wrapping. Pot plants moved and not replaced. But generally very neat, polite and most cooperative.

Can't rave enough about SAE..So easy to deal with fantastic installers and great after sales help.Thankyou for a trouble free and very professional service and also having their own installers was the big plus for us .Would highly reccomend.

Loved doing business with the SAE…
Loved doing business with the SAE group. They provided a value for money Solar system with constant follow up through out the entire process. Their installation crew were extremely professional and efficient. Can highly recommend this company for anyone considering going solar.
