Oh dear where shall i start off…. One of the worst and unprofessional company ever you will come across! From day one of the booking been mislead with everything, i have asked them to book me a package with 5people been given the price to me and we are agreed on it, once the full payment was made found out the booking they have made for me was for 4people?? When i clearly mentioned that i need a booking for 5people!! They came out with a excuse that you have a two small child so you can adjust in 4people booking when i paid for 5people!

Than coming to visa process, i have told them there is 4british passports and one pakistani passport, they advised me that there will be £36 for each visa. Than suddenly came out with excuse again that for pakistani passport visa will be £135?? Ohh we forgot that there is more charges for pakistani passport!! You call yourself professionals??

Also i had to pay extra for one day in madina because the package they booked me flight was cancelled and was rebooked for the next day, rather than accommodate the customer they make customer pay even though they are the agents and they booked for package! They will not take any responsibility once they booked the flights or hotels for you!!

Funny thing is i have asked them to book me an extra day in madina which was due to flight cancelled, rather than helping me out they rip you off, asked me to pay £250 for extra day!! When i check with the hotel myself they only charged £95!! This is how they help you! 🤣

Coming to hotels bookings, i have chosen Vocco in makkah which was really good, i have asked them to book me a hotel in madina near haram so i dont have to walk very far due to kids with me! They booked me a hotel called waqf bin affan in madina which was atleast 10/15mints walk from haram even tho been told when making the booking ohh this hotel is close by the ladies side which should not take you more than 4/5mints to haram!! Totally a lie!!

When came to checking madina hotel been told that you came too early the checkin time for hotel is 4pm!! For God Sake why pick us up early from makkah and drop us off here 3 hours early!! There is no times or anything mentioned on the booking sheets and they expect you to know that yourself that checkin time is whatever!! Wow very professional service provided!!

Overall the company is full of lies, misleads, unprofessionals, waste of time!!

Once advise for the company please please make the journey easy for people when they going to Allah house not hassle for them specially with the family!

These lots were recommended to us , we were promised the best service and all but it was all a lie and scam. We were put in terrible hotels , it was disgusting with bed bugs , the room had strong smell . We tried do contact them but were left on either unanswered or read without any response.

Disgraceful company. Unprofessional and full of liars.

Ill keep it short, they will mislead you and sell you a package way below your requirements. They will sell you hotels saying it’s 5* but when you arrive at your destination, it barely 3*.
They will ignore you in your distress situation like how they did to us. Left our messages on read and ignore the entire time.

They added to our stress more than it was required. They are not helpful when situations arises. There is no honesty from these lot.

There were bed bugs crawling around , hairs on the carpet , date’s seeds left behind. Reception was clearly annoyed from me when I was trying to show them the problems.
When I send all the details to safa travels, they stopped replying and started to ignore me.

As a remedy, they agreed to refund me money when it was time to transfer the money , it got shifted to another agent who start saying the previous agent did a mistake and will not do so. I was pushed around 5 agents and repeating the same thing. Save yourself time and money and do not order from these lot. Disgraceful.

If I could give this travel agent 0* i would! They falsely advertise, unprofessional service. They took our money and booked our Umrah stay with Al Kiswa hotel makkah. Put us in a room that was maybe 2* filthy, smelling of sewers and bathroom was absolutely filth, we moved rooms with ur kids and an elderly person 3 times. The sink collapsed and AC was not working in room 3! All the transfers booked for zariyahs were also delayed by 2-3 hours that we ended up cancelling! The worst was at Madina, we were told our room has been changed as the hotel has been over booked. We ended up in a 1* horrible hotel with flys on the beds, toilet stains in bathroom. It was disgraceful! They destroyed our entire umrah experience. The lady who dealt with us in the UK did not answer our calls for 5 days and when she did told us her father had passed but her whole company did not shut down! Do not use these liars please!

Excellent customer service from Rao Aqib my travel agent who was very attentive to all my requirements for travel. He organised visas, hotels, flights and all other transport requirements.

The only comment I would make for improvement is that the hotel confirmation numbers arrive very late from the actual hotels, the day before or day of check in. However, Safa travel provide their own internal documentation confirming all travel arrangements.

It all worked out very well and I would recommend them to other travellers.

I had great exprience with Safa travels they helped me to apply for my visa and for finding the best hotels during my umrah stay

We went to umraha in August my umrah package was very good all the help b4 travel and on the stay is amazing Muhammad Jamshed is very good for arranging all the package including the flight hotel and ziayra all very nice

Theyre likely based in pakistan, and not even registered in the uk in companies house. They are a park of times travel ltd, that is the company that takes ur money. We had a horrible experience so we took times travel to court and alhamdulilah got refunds for a ruined holiday. Safa travel has no idea about customer rights and their duties, and will make fake promises and change hotels last minute and then deny your booking completely. Total scammers. Times travel had no idea and made up false stories about the events, so they wont have to give you your money back. Both will just lie to the extend you start doubting reality! Id advise STAY AWAY, from them and any other company at 13 station road. We worked our socks off to teach them a lesson in court and got refund but best to stay away!

Safa Travel confirmed my booking and took my full payment for 5 star package. After payment, they suddenly claimed the hotel was “no longer available” which is false. After receiving the money, they disappeared and refused to help. They then offered worse hotels and demanded extra charges up to £400 per person.

Their communication is unprofessional, dismissive, and full of excuses.
Do not trust this company, they take your money and vanish. Disappointing.
