Adam, Emily and the team at Safe Collections were extremely helpful, honest and informative with my enquiry. Although their services were not the best option for my problem they went above and beyond to provide links and information to the process I should undertake. Would definitely recommend.

Team was very good at closing a client debt that was ghosting my invoices for 90+ days. Prompt resolution, clear payment plan, and easy to work with. Kudos to Adam for being flexible, human and honest.

It is not often that a company is so giving of their time despite knowing that they are not going to necessarily work with you.
I was so pleasantly surprised by the honesty from Safe Collections. They advised that we were not their usual type of customer and as such they may not be the company for us to use. Despite this they took the time to look into our cases and gave genuinely fabulous advise.

I consulted Safe Collections regarding the matter of unpaid invoices. Adam was very personable, as well as generous with his time and advice. He clearly had my best interests at heart and helped me to consider my options, during which time I never felt pressured to use his service. In the end I decided not to persue the debt. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use Safe Collections in the future... fingers crossed I won't need to!
