Can't thank Safe Collections enough. I had been chasing money for months and provided everything the client asked for to the best of my ability with no joy, the client then ignored me from there on and I didn't know where to turn. Upon speaking with Adam at Safe Collections it only took me a brief minute to realise how genuine this company was, and that they had my best interests at heart. Soon after explaining my situation my case got handed over to James, which kept me upto date with where the situation was upto. Less than 1 week later I had received all funds owed to me. I can't recommend this company enough and at a time where I had nowhere to turn I couldn't of picked a better place to go. If you're struggling with unpaid invoices etc do not hesitate to contact any of their team, they really have been a breath of fresh air. Thanks again guys 11/10 from me.

Strangely enough, my dealings with them, Adam in particular, have not led to them onboarding me as a client, but the manner in which they dealt with me prior to becoming a potential client speaks volumes of their values and business culture.

Adam's approach, professionalism, kindness and honesty have been stellar and I am extremely grateful and happy to have come across him and Safe Collections in this quest for clarity on my situation.

I contacted Safe Collections, amongst a few other debt retrieving agencies and have to say Adam and Safe Collections are truly in a category of their own.

Adam called me within the hour stated in the automated email response.
His knowledge gave me insights upon contract formulations I had extreme difficulty to find information on.

Clear-cut, concise, kind and knowledgeable, he was able to give me in the matter of 10-minutes a synopsis of the situation and the options available to me.

He then agreed to review my contract, although not being a legal advisor, to share his experience and knowledge of the contract that could constitute an "escape clause" rendering my claim and legal dispute inoperable.

Within an afternoon, Adam's honesty, clarity, vision, experience and efficiency all culminated in my understanding of the situation, my options and further insight upon contract stipulations I have been unaware of for the last 2 years.
I would therefore highly recommend Adam and Safe Collections and would contact them directly if I would require these services in the future.

I had obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against the debtor which failed to obtain payment and was confused by the next steps available. I called Safe Collections and talked to Adam. I felt reassured by his open manner and clear description of the options and fees. It was not easy to get paid on this debt however Safe Collections stuck to the task and communicated well throughout the process. We have now been paid in full for a debt that I had pretty much given up hope on. Thanks Safe Collections!

I cannot recommend Safe Collections highly enough. My initial contact with them gave me confidence. They were professional, clear, empathetic and friendly. My collection was not easy and in Germany. However the English office kept me informed throughout and their agent in Germany managed to collect the money that had been owed to me for over two years and which I had failed to collect myself. Their collection fee was unbelievably reasonable and I am very grateful.

The client was ignoring me / promising to pay later during more than a half of a year.

Then I decided to ask this agency for help - and after ~2 extra months of demanding a payment from this client they eventually paid the bill they had to pay off. Moreover - Safe Collections managed to make them pay some interest on a top of the money owed.

Great service which I would recommend for everyone who has to deal with some stubbornness on the client side. Very professional and - again - I was almost sure that debt could be forgotten, but Safe Collections made it paid even in these tough circumstances. I engaged Safe Collections to help me recover a substantial amount of money from a Recruitment Agency who decided not to honour my last invoice. Safe Collections immediately got onto the Director of the Agency's case with nothing but the upmost in politeness. Safe Collections countered all arguments/allegations made to get out of paying me.

Within 3 weeks, Safe Collections secured a 50% payment on the outstanding amount. After another 3 weeks, they secured the final 50%.

All I can say is that Safe Collections were persistent but polite with the debtor, which amazed me. I don't think I would have been able to keep my cool with the debtor hence I'm glad I engaged with Safe Collections. I honestly don't think I would have got 100% of the outstanding amount had I'd done this alone, it was obvious to me that the Agency wanted to keep a substantial amount of the balance owed.

All the way through it, Safe Collections kept me informed and always offered very balanced advice. I can't thank them enough for helping me in what was truly an awful situation.
