Safe food pro has been great for our business.
All in one package to store info and to carry out our Food plan. Not being totally tech savvy isn’t too much of a problem most of the inputs are straightforward.
Updates are constantly improving app.

We looked at a number of systems that would give us everything we need. After searching & researching, we trialed Safe Food Pro & within a few hours we knew this was the right program for our business.
SFP gave us the ability to oversee multi-areas across multi-sites and even multi-lingual which gave us full control and a greater insight as well as ease of correlation at the end of each week is just fantastic.
Safe Food Pro have done this program extremely well & continue to evolve.
We were looking for an online documentation program & we got so much more, thanks for making life a little easier

In April this year, we made the decision to extend Safe Food Pro across all our venues.
Safe Food Pro is a highly effective way to implement and manage a digital food safety platform that is cost-effective and easy to use for both administrators and team.
Michael and his team, especially Dayna who assisted with our implementation, were knowledgeable and invested in the platform's success.
Since implementation, we have seen a remarkable increase in compliance across our sites.
Apart from the food safety component, SFP is constantly improving their current tools while at the same time adding functionality to the point where we are now considering using it as a viable training tool.

From our initial conversation with Maddy Caro we know that Safe Food Pro is exactly what we are looking for. An easy-to-understand app which can create customised forms for our high-end catering business. Food safety for our staff and customers is very important to us. The set is easy to understand and once completed it cuts out all the paperwork we need for our HACCP program.
The team response very quickly to any questions we have, extremely helpful and the customer service from Josh, Michael Wu and his team are excellent.
We had an Audit last week and the Auditor has been very impressed how efficient the systems is set up.
Safe Food Pro has been an amazing tool for our business, and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a high end sophisticated product.

The app is really easy to use and the support team are very helpful and also fast to get back to any queries! Great that you can customise it too.

No apparent regular time interval so comparative probes have different curves as their time data is longer or shorter. No longer probes available for what we needed, despite being available on the website and not updated after this was pointed out. The plus is the range.

Finally, I have an app that will help me track and record my daily checklist of temperature readings, and equipment maintenance as well as accident or hazard reporting and also can share this all with my staff, and staff can actively take part in recording and tracking what they need to as well, convenient and a lasting record eliminating having document things on paper, there could be many other things I may be able to add, but only just joined and so far I am satisfied thus far with what is being offered by Safe Food Pro.

Switching to digital instead of paper has been a great move for our small restaurant. All the staff have embraced using the app, and the after sales support is excellent. A big thanks to Josh for his informative Zooms when I need help.

It is so refreshing talking to someone who is easy to get along with, not pushy, intuitive, and incredibly understanding of the hospitality industry and the struggles it faces. Toby has been so patient with me, and so understanding. He touches base with me to make sure everything is OK. He remembers me - I'm not just a number.

Intro skype call with Maddie was great & felt very comfortable that I was onto a great solution for our business FCP to make it fun & easy for our staff to manage.

One of the key requirements was to have real-time visibility across all sites and to ensure problems were quickly picked up before they presented a greater & more costly risk.

Safe Food Pro were amazing as a small business to help me organise my paperwork. Satff have been super friendly, helpful and professional with the whole trial and set up process. Highly recommend

Getting expensive that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Generally its a great system that makes recoreding checks easy..
faults that stopped the last star are
Somedays cant log in
Some times nothing loads just blank wth headings at top.
Freezes and have to restart my ph to clear.
All the rest is very good.

Probably the best digital Food Control Plan out there. Setup was a breeze and the Software is very userfriendly. The Team at Safe Food Pro is extremely helpful if there are any questions and will come back with an answer in minutes :-) I have implemented this Software in my last 2 workplaces and cant fault it at all.
