Basically . . . Next Day Delivery - Make Up Your Own Mind . . Summary â As general Builders We Usually Buy the Dryzone Damp Course Cream Via Local Merchants but They Have Stopped Stocking it Due to the Expiry Date â This Our First Order Direct With Dryzone {Safeguard} on 3/6/26 . . . Our Order Has Been 'Delayed' on the Tracking with DHL since 7.06am Last Thursday 4/6/26 . . As of Yesterday 8/6/26 DHL Email Says 'At Sortation Facility' they Will Deliver Thurdsay 4 June â Yes Thats Last Thursday â 5 Days Ago . . We Contacted Safeguard 3 Days Ago and They Confirmed it Would be Delivered Yesterday 8/6/26 . . . Yep Still No Parcel . . Tracking Still Says 'At facility', Therefore As This is Written We Are Still Without Our Order - Our Customer is Waiting and Weve Had to Postpone the Job / Losing Money . . . So Moral of the Story = Dryzone Products are Actually Ok, But Their Customer Service Does Not Work and Their Chosen Courier is Beyond Useless - Dragging Them Down and Damaging Their Business . . .
