Great Service - Clean Facility
It only took 15 minutes or so to work with the virtual 'live' person on the big TV screen. The unit and facility are very clean. The app used to open the doors is a little wonky, but I can normally get into the facility without too much delay.

Thank you for the kind words about the cleanliness of our facility as we work hard to make sure you have a clean place to store your items. We apologize for the lack of carts the day you moved in. We have several carts available to our customers for their use throughout the day and sometimes we are busier than normal, and all are in use. Please stop by the office or call us should we be of any assistance in the future. We hope to see you soon!

Great choice!
Everyone who works at the West Oakland Park Blvd. location is kind and helpful. The facility is clean, elevators work great, and there are several carts for use. Couldn't be happier that I chose this storage location.
