It was totally brilliant and the information was put out across to us all perfectly. It really was informative and very important to learn. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend this course to everyone who is interested in food stuffs and how to be safe with foods.

Rosanna was very helpful and explained to us everything clearly. This course can be difficult but she was constantly catching our attention with jokes and we definitely learnt a lot.
