Had a new boiler fitted today by jamie and his team,they did a fantastic job i was nervous about it all but jamie makes you feel at ease they are so professional and left everything clean and tidy and i feel safe knowing that i can call them anytime i am not sure of anything they are always here to help i would highley recommend these guys from jenny

Over the last couple of months we have used Jamie and his team for several jobs after a house move. At some points we have had some stressful situations but Jamie is just so supportive and confident when sorting any issues out. I fully recommend safe heating solutions for great service every time.

I put my details in on the website, then received immediate online options to suit me and my home. This was followed up straight away by Jamie (one of the engineers). His communication was second to none, from organising a phone call chat to an initial in-person appointment, where Jamie gave me lots of advice tailored to my property, budget etc.

After looking at my options, we agreed at date within 6 days. Jamie kept me informed after our initial meeting and on the actual day of my appointment. I wasn't home when the replacement took place but he kept me up to date with photos, as well as setting my Hive app up. The Guarantee and Warranty. was sent as soon as the bill was paid. (AIso, my elderly parents had theirs fitted a few weeks ago too, which is why I used them.)

I cannot fault Jamie and Matt who upgraded our whole central heating system. Jamie came to review our old system in our bungalow that we had moved into. He explained what was needed in full. I know a cowboy when I meet them. Not Jamie. A sensible quotation in detail. Good communication throughout. 2 days to install new boiler and pipe work, new gas pipe. Cleared away afterwards. He explained how the new thermostat works on my phone and registered the boiler with the company so I had the guarantee in place. We have a warm bungalow. I would recommend Jamie and his team without hesitation.

When you find a good reasonably priced professional trades company, it feels like all your prayers have been answered. Jamie and all his team fitted into this camp more than I can articulate in words. I recently had a new boiler fits by Safe Heating solutions and so pleased with it. But, that's not the point - it's was the whole experience that made the difference.

We had our boiler serviced by Jamie and decided, with his advice, to upgrade to a new boiler and also get a hive thermostat. Jamie spoke everytbing through with us. Communication was great, payment system quick and easy to use and the overall service was great.

Jamie was quick to respond to our request for a quote to upgrade our en-suite bathroom. Having previous experience of this company when replacing our central heating boiler we knew Jamie to be professional, knowledgeable and honest. He and Stuart certainly went the extra mile in installing us a complete new suite…..a much improved shower and cubicle, toilet, vanity unit and heated towel rail. As we are old they even laid the flooring for us!
They are a pleasure to have in anyone’s home…helpful, respectful and methodical in everything they do and before they leave they clear everything up so you can sit back and enjoy the results of their hard work.

Excellent service provided by Jamie who was very professional from the get go. We inherited a boiler in poor condition which was down to a bad installation. It was really important to have a good installation for the new boiler to ensure no problems for the future.

Jamie instilled confidence with his thorough approach when he came out to give a non-obligation quote compared to other gas engineers and everything was very well explained. Our new boiler instillation was complex due to the boiler location and very long flue which meant costs were slightly higher than a standard instillation but this was made easy by spreading the payments out over 3 months interest free. Credit has to be given to Leonie who was very helpful in getting a date booked in and sending the invoices over promptly.

On the day of the instillation on a very hot day, Jamie did a fantastic job of everything and was very knowledgeable in explaining things along the way. As a part of the professional service we received, we also booked our annual service for next year.

We couldn’t be more happy with our brand new Vaillant EcoTec Plus boiler! I highly recommend Safe Heating Solutions as you will get a professional, trustworthy and friendly service. I was very impressed with the professionalism that Jamie showed, from start to finish. He was easy to get hold of, punctial, quick at diagnosing faults.
As it turned out I needed a new boiler. Jamie went through solutions in great detail explaining appropriate solutions for my situation with the tradeoffs for each solution all documented.
Safe Heating Solutions were transparent with costs and scheduling, which they kept to, through the whole process of installing a boiler.
Once the boiler was installed, Jamie explained all the controls and user features that I would need to control boiler. I would very much recommend Safe Heating Solutions based on my experience with them.

Jamie is a lovely chap who explained everything and made sure we understood our new vaillant boiler. Very much appreciated efforts to keep the work area clean and tidy...even wore shoe protectors. Jamie was reliable in terms of timing appointments and very grateful when offered a cuppa. We would welcome him back for any appropriate work.

Safe Heating Solutions Ltd came highly recommended via a family member’s friend. Jamie responded to my quotation request swiftly and provided information and a quote for my replacement combi boiler which was substantially better than the one I received from a well known national gas company. On my installation day Jamie was on time, friendly and worked hard all day to get the new boiler up and running. He was efficient, tidy and also kindly and patiently explained the system and the new smart controls to me. The invoicing process was simple and any queries I had received quick responses from Jamie and Leonie via their office. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Excellent service throughout. Competitive quote for replacing our dead combi-boiler. Gave options and clearly explained these options for replacement. Efficient turn-around time for undertaking the work. Prompt arrival for carrying out the work. Work carried out in a very efficient manner, everything done neatly and all tidied up and made good after installation. Explained the new boiler functions and what to expect over the next few weeks. Friendly and polite throughout. Invoicing also efficient and easy to use/pay. Would strongly recommend.

I am very happy with the work that Safe heating solutions did for me. Very professional and thorough with excellent communication and customer service throughout. I really appreciated that they gave me 3 different quotes, all competitive within the current market. They were also able to do the work within days of offering the quote, which was very much needed as I had no heating or hot water.

I called Jamie due to leaking a leaking main water tap, when here I stated having problems with our 12 year old boiler, due to the problem a new boiler was needed.
I was emailed 4 quotes, all informative and well priced
I made my decision and appointment confirmed. On the day Jamie was punctual and had even bought heaters for the house. After installation Jamie went through everything as we had the hive controls.
I cannot recommend jamie enough! 5 stars.
