Safehouse provided an excellent service. My boiler suddenly stopped working, so I contacted them, and they responded quickly. The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the fault, and had the boiler working again without any hassle. They explained everything clearly, and the whole process was professional from start to finish. I really appreciate the prompt service and would definitely recommend Safehouse to anyone needing boiler repairs or maintenance.

I used Chris and his Team for renovation works in my flat in West London, including. painting , decorating , repairs and installation. They provided outstanding attention to detail and very good quality of work. No nonsense approach, no micro management needed. Arrived on time , finished on time , provided solutions there and there . Great communication and listening skills, able to provide advise to me as an owner. I wish I had met Chris and his team back in 2019 when I bought my flat. I’m deff going to use them again!

Safe House are my go-to contractor for all works relating to rental properties. They completely take the stress out of dealing with tenants directly, while still keeping me included in all communications so I’m always in the know.

A special mention to Arman Hussain, who has been an absolute godsend. He always gets back to me quickly with answers to my many questions, and does so efficiently and without any hassle. The level of service and communication is excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Woke up to my floor flooded from a leak from my kitchen sink. Was in need of a quick resolution and SafeHouse provided just that. Engineer came that morning & replaced what was needed at a great quality and price.

Safehouse were a huge help when we were under pressure to complete fire door remedial works ahead of a visit from the Fire Marshal. They understood the urgency of the situation, responded quickly, and worked around tight deadlines to get everything completed on time. The quality of the work was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and they gave us confidence that the doors met the required compliance standards. Unreliable and Unprofessional

I found this company completely unreliable and their service highly unprofessional. They could not stick to any timeframe. I was told the engineer would call 30 minutes before arrival, but no call was made. As my boiler had broken down, I had to go to my parents’ house because it was cold. I mentioned this multiple times to the staff and was reassured that the engineer would contact me.

The company then called saying the engineer was at my property, but I wasn’t there yet. I informed them I would arrive in 20 minutes and was reassured again that the engineer would wait. When I returned, the engineer had already left and was “coming back soon.” After an hour, I called again and was told the engineer had taken another job and would be another 2 hours.
overall experience was absolutely a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Incapable of actually fixing things. 5 engineers have each spent 2-5 minutes “fixing” a broken boiler over the last two weeks. Works for max 20 minutes after they leave.
Not only that but they cannot even stick to a plan they have agreed to about when they can visit. Meanwhile the flat is somewhere between 12 and 15 degrees.

Complete jokers. How they run their company I have no idea. They definitely do not talk to one another because I have been receiving calls from different people from their office about same issues, they often cancel appointments, or forget about them!! Haven’t had one appointment that’s gone well. They should be reported to someone for incompetence.

Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen! Wahrscheinlich haben diese möchtegern 5. Sterne Makler zu wenige Kunden und locken mit Immobilien, die bereits verkauft sind oder überhaupt nicht zur Verfügung stehen ahnungslose Interessenten in die Falle, um Ihnen dann andere Häuser anzudrehen, sowas nennt man Kundenfang, meiner Meinung nach absolut unterirdisch und peinlich, von unseriosität muss ich gar nicht sprechen.
Wir hatten vor Monaten ein Haus was diese Firma bei idealista anbietet angeschrieben. Da wurde uns gesagt ,diese ist schon verkauft. Wir haben aber noch andere Immobilien und was sieht man jetzt? Das Haus gibt's wieder auf idealista vom gleichen Anbieter.

Very Bad company. We rent the house and the owner and estate agent booked with this company which give you no assurance of what time to come. They say between 8am and 6pm an Engineer will come. Which is bad as we cannot wait all day long for them as we got work out of the house to be done.
However, as we have booked and waited until 3pm, we called them for an update and we have been told that their collegue is sick and cannot attend and reschedule for the next week. This is the worst Company I have ever seen. Also the costumer service is very bad, the lady there was unprofessional, not recommended

Sadly it would be difficult to deliver a poorer experience than the one we had with Safehouse during a recent problem with our boiler (the flue had gaps around it and ducting needed to be extended).

Over the course of 4 weeks we had multiple visits scheduled with Safehouse to assess/address the problem and each time there were issues such as the engineer not showing up at all, receiving a call to say he would come at 10pm after having waited since 9am for him to show, receiving a different time frame for his ETA every few hours etc.

Our landlady and ourselves as tenants repeatedly requested morning visits from the company and were assured this preference would be taken into account, and each time they would show up after dark in the evening. This may sound small but we had to rearrange multiple working days to be at home for nothing with no updates.

When the engineer did finally come to assess the problem/give a quote we were told it was a simple fix and could be done promptly. He was efficient and seemed knowledgeable. We were delighted and relieved.

This prompt completion was not the case - the engineer who then came to fix it a week later hadn´t been briefed by the one who did the assessment so didn´t have enough cement to do the job. He was apologetic and very polite. He used the cement he had, promised someone would return the next day, and then left.

As predicted noone came the next day and cue a week later and we were once more waiting all day with no communication nor clarity. No response to my emails at all. Eventually we were given an apology and the explanation that the engineer wouldn´t make it that day.

It has been a frustrating and drawn out process for something described as a simple fix but one essential for us to safely use our boiler. Everyone we have spoken to has been polite and kind, however there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between the engineers and those in the office and between the person who does the quote for the work and the one who carries it out.

We would suggest they review and improve their way of working for a better customer experience.

We had a one-bedroom flat gutted and rebuilt, and this was our experience:

The Bad:
1. The job didn't take the three weeks we were told - but we expected that anyway because we thought it was somewhat ambitious. The result was that finishing-off work and installations (washer, dishwasher) happened after we had already moved in, which wasn't ideal.

2. The wrong shower head (rain instead of 'regular') was installed, and a regular glass-top hob instead of the induction hob we had banged on about quite a few times. We decided to live with the shower and we assume an induction hob will arrive in due course. I'll add that the company didn't quibble when we pointed out the error and immediately agreed to replace it.

THE GOOD

Everything else was lovely. We have a fair bit of experience with building and renovation work and we were surprised at how very short the snag list was on this job. Apart from the replacement of the hob we honestly can't complain about anything else.

The workmanship was great. The painting and tiling are well done and look crisp and smart.

Chris, the project manager, was a pleasure to deal with and his advice helped make our flat even more beautiful.

We would use Safehouse again.

Our hot water and sometimes the heating was not working properly. Our boiler is 2 years old installed by BG. We had been paying for BG home cover (since cancelled) and their engineers came once a week for a couple of months and they only fixed it temporarily. Cue SafeHouse, in 1 consultation and 1 day of work, Si was able to resolve our issue quickly and effectively! We are very impressed as we thought it would take many visits. They're engineers definitely know what they're doing and I recommend them to my family. Keep up the great work.

The property we clean and very modern, we did have a slight problem in the bathroom with a water leak, we call the agent and they sent someone out to fix it with an hour .
