Very professional and discreet whilst clients were on the premises.

Communication from start to finish was exceptional. We needed training delivered across the country and they were very accommodating for our needs. We had one slight hiccup with one of the trainers due to logistics and timing but apart from that all went well

I requested a quote for a fire risk assessment on our small engineering factory in September. After filling out their forms and a few back-and-forth emails, I heard nothing and had to chase for a reply. It's now November and I still haven't been offered to book an assessment despite repeated attempts to get an update. At one point, I had to email the main sales department to ask if the representative I was dealing with had left the company; such was the lack of response. I then went off sick after an operation for two weeks and had hoped to return to a response, but alas. In contrast, I contacted a different company yesterday and have been booked in this morning for an assessment next week. Safe I.S are very slow to respond or don't reply at all, I cannot recommend and will not be considering them in the future.

Very impressed with SAFE IS, I highly recommend using them for your Fire Safety. We have been using them for our fire extinguishers servicing for our office and we have been very pleased with the service they provide. They are very responsive, ponctual and efficient. We will continue using them for our FIRE SAFETY for our premises.

We have used SAFEIS for quite a few years carrying out servicing on our fire extinguishers and training for our fire marshals. Service is always fantastic and explain everything prior to the visit and on the day too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have these services or any of the many services they have to offer carried out.

We have recently used Safe I.S Ltd for a Fire Risk Assessment. They were punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. Today they have wall-mounted fire extinguishers and conducted emergency light testing. Stuart was efficient and explained everything clearly. We will certainly use Safe I.S Ltd again.

Engineer arrived on time he knew exactly what his visit was about and carried it out without asking any questions or sitting on his phone, something I have noticed a lot of engineers tend to do when on client site.

Safe I.S are very reliable and thorough company, we have used them for years and consistently receive a good service. They only recommend replacements when necessary and there isn’t any expectancy that you need to purchase replacements from them. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their fire extinguishers checked.

SAFE IS Engineers are great, helpful, informative and effective. The reverse is true of their office internal communications. You have to chase everything and are told they will get back to but that is not the case. SAFE IS suggests they are a one stop shop for all Fire Safety, and whilst they do offer all the services, you have to contact each department for a different service, very frustrating. Why not have a single customer services team who coordinate all customer requirements rather than the siloed system they currently have.

We have used Safe I.S for over 10 years for fire risk assessments. The assessor's are very helpful and advise on any issues. We've also used Safe I.S for training which has been delivered to to a high standard and very informative.
