I have been using Safe I.S. Ltd for a number of years for all our Companies Fire Safety needs, from the risk assessment to the emergency lighting and Fire Warden Training. They are polite, helpful and most important very knowledgeable. I know that no matter what they are doing for us they do very well. I woukd definitely recommend them and will carry on using them to keep our business safe.

Fire Marshal Training Review

Great customer service, competitively priced and helpful staff

Unprofessional company. Incomplete works carried out. Try to over charge then threaten legal action even when it’s their mistake!
Avoid at all costs!

The training went really well yesterday.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaged with everyone. I received amazing feedback from everyone, the ladies felt they learnt a great deal and was always kept interested as there was never any dull moments.

So overall a very successful day.

I have already purchased a fire blanket for my house!

Very professional assessor. Thorough and very helpful. Very Polite and amenable.

Prior to meeting him the booking system/staff were all very helpful and accommodating too.

We have used Safe IS for both our office fire risk assessment and annual fire extinguisher testing.

I have to say Nick, who performed our risk assessment was very professionals, but also made it an straightforward experience for us. He applied a very pragmatic approach, and gave us some good advice for improvement measures.

I would highly recommend Safe IS - and in fact I have recommended them to other tenants on other floors in my office building.

The Fire Warden training courses provided by SAFE.I.S are extremely well delivered and received. They have a passion for Fire Safety which is genuinely appreciated and is proven by staff engagement and drive to ensure fire safety. I have used the company for a Risk Assessment Report, and Fire extinguishers needed to be installed, they are capable and informed of all legislation in regard of this matter, but customer service is poor, they take a very long time to reply, and get appointments booked for the work to be done, the main thing that I was not happy about that they do not assess the job and quote for all the required work, charges comes in stages rather than provide the full picture.

A great service. Professional, efficient and a fair price. The assessor took time to make sure that we fully understood the process and any actions to be followed up. Thank you
