The program was easy and user friendly

The program was easy and user friendly, however the low discount I received is not what I was expecting. The amount of money I spent to register for the program is the same I received in my auto insurance policy discount. Go figure!

Charge you extra to deliver an existing


Charge you extra to deliver an existing digital copy of your finished course, leave you no choice because otherwise you have to wait 5 days to get the DIGITAL certificate.

Disgusting practices, makes you think of who might be running a platform like this.

We do offer an expedited digital option as a convenience for those who need their certificate quickly, but we understand the frustration if that wasn't clearly communicated upfront. My only criticism is having to wait


My only criticism is having to wait until the established "time" to do the module was met before I was able to take the unit test. It was too long,

4 stars instead of 5

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I expected that the Safe Motorist to send the Certificate automatically to the Insurance Company (since they required the Policy number when registered) and not have us to manually download and email the certificate to the Insurance Company.

It's hard to login and get going

It's hard to login and get going. It advertised as at your own pace but have to do at one time so that's not really at my pace.
