I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to resolve an issue with my order. On top of that, the shipping took much longer than promised, and I was not given proper updates regarding the delay. I understand that delays can happen, but communication and customer support are extremely important.
