A travel company that places customer experience and service at the heart of what they do. Mr Ali handled everything from searching for the best tickets that met our requirements, liaising with the airline when I couldn’t manage my booking and up until checking if we arrived safely to our destination (asking if our travel was smooth) and ensuring we have no issues when we returned. He was always so polite and easy to reach with prompt responses and able to troubleshoot any issues we had. Extremely reliable service which I’d highly recommend and will use them again. They made my travelling experience so much more smoother and less stressful.
Bearing in mind I travelled to Asia and I was quite skeptical with using a travel agency but I am completely reassured and trust Safe Travel and Tours Company. A family member recommended them me and I’d happily recommend them friends and family. Travelling made easier.
