I have been asking on messages, emails, AI and phonecalls to remove an organization, but they cannot do it. Instead I have to log in, automatically be sent to the 'WRONG' organization to then have to log into my own. Waste of time
They will not assist closing your account when asked. App throws error codes preventing you from counseling on your own and when you reach out for support they give you the runaround and tell you all kinds of things that won’t work and will not help you close your account. Do not trust. Do not do business with.
Awful company to deal with. The software itself is great but the customer service is extremely lacking.
Paid for a few licenses upfront to familiarise ourself with the platform. Then when trying to add others they say we have to pay for everyone upfront as opposed to monthly. We simply cannot afford to do that but they won't budge.
