Dear Miss Boocock,
Thanks ever so much for taking the time to review your recent purchase with Safety Goggles.
While the Portwest Clear Indirect Vent Safety Goggles PW21CLR feature a lightweight frame to enhance comfort and usability, we do appreciate your comments regarding the mouldability of the face shield.
Should you wish to consider the possibility of returning the goggles and exchanging them for a different kind, please email us at helpdesk@safetygoggles.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help you find the perfect goggles for your needs.
I hope the above helps.
In the meantime, and should you need anything further, kindly let me know and I will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Victor
