I originally ordered Jaguar, but Saffronskins forced me to buy Black Horse instead. To my horror, the product delivered was completely EXPIRED. Unknowingly, I consumed 2 to 3 sachets and suffered from severe dizziness and vomiting.

When I confronted them and asked for a return, the seller refused, using the excuse that I had already used some of it. They showed absolutely zero accountability for risking a customer's health with hazardous goods. I am officially escalating this matter to the Dubai Police and consumer rights authorities. Avoid them at all costs for your own safety!

Such a worst website ever a experience, I order a bonne yougurt salt srub from.there website and I received wrong product i try to connect there faculty but there faculty couldn't reply me , such same full thing there are doing , I want return my product , I want my money

Horrible company, they gave me the wrong product, took twice the amount of time they told it would take to deliver and then never responded back to my msgs and emails. I shopped from here because a friend recommended me but I'm really dissapointed in them and would tell to not use this site.

Bought Illiyoon products from this store 3 times. The first 2 were ok but the last item I got is fake. It’s not sealed like how it’s normally is and smells different!

Customer service is all too slow to reply also.
