Brother Umar went above and beyond in accommodating for my umrah ticket reservations for the dates that I needed to have along with searching for other sisters to be part of the group. He was always prompt in reaching out and showed more enthusiasm in meeting ny needs than my own self in terms of the type of transportation and amenities including hotels location to be at the sister sister side in Madinah Sharif. I usually don't write reviews unless the company goes above and beyond and exceeds my expectations. This company gave me very reasonable prices for fares and great customer service. This is my third Ummrah trip which went better than expected thanks to Safwa Travels. I would highly recommend them.
