Purchased digital product but download link does not work
I purchased a downloadable PDF from the Sage and Silky website. After completing the purchase, the download link provided in the order confirmation leads to a page stating âFile not found,â so the product cannot actually be accessed.
I contacted the company using the email address included in the order confirmation (#63278), but I have not received a reply. I also attempted to reach them through their social media account. So far there has been no response and no alternative download link provided.
I also submitted a review on their website explaining the issue, but it appears that reviews require approval before publication and mine has not been posted.
At the moment I have paid for a digital product that I cannot download and have not received any response from customer support. I would simply like access to the file I purchased or a refund.
