Seems to me all the negative reviews have disappeared! But hey ho

Went Tuesday and was seen by the vet instead of the nurse,which i did not request as my cat had already had her yearly check up in July

Tried to charge me 75 pounds for nail clipping and flea treatment

When i questioned this the receptionist spoke to the vet who must have checked my cat had already had her yearly check up in July so took 10 pounds off the bill

Wish i had been listening properly but it was quite noisy so paid my bill and went outside

Checked my bill and saw had been charged 20 pounds for the vet administering a tiny vial of flea treatment to the back of my 🐈 neck,are you being serious?
No posters no price changes no notifications to say this would be happening in the surgery warning me of this as had never been charged before!
My records were checked by an incompetent receptionist who blabbed her way trying to tell me that it was now a new charge! Really unprofessional

Would really love a response from this vet as to why they charged me 20.00 to apply a tiny vial when i was not notified of this prior,personally think it's greed at a time when everyone is struggling,shame on you,i won't return,never felt comfortable with this vet and only went because it was local but would rather travel than be ripped off,please feel free to respond!THANK YOU

Mistreated my cat and resulted in death. Worst practice ever.

The front line staff are very professional and helpful and so is Tiegan. They are fantastic in helping to take care and explain what need to be done after telling tham what I feel is the problem with my Shiba Inu. Not only that also done a good job in helping a cost estimate of what need be done. A job well done and keep it up.Thank you for the help

We wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after our pampered puss! We’ve used the Cat Hotel on numerous occasions whilst holidaying and also when we had Reno’s done at our house. The staff are so lovely, always caring and their communication skills are to be commended. Many thanks to Karl and his merry band of cat-loving staff, we will be back with Misty in January.

Board your cat here! Karl and the team at Sage Booragoon genuinely care and do everything they can to make the cats feel safe and happy. I have never seen my cat so at ease after coming back from boarding before. Even though the drive to Booragoon is a little longer than to my previous cat hotel, I will definitely be boarding with Sage again. I will also start going to Sage for vet care, as I was so impressed and grateful for how much the cat hotel staff helped my dear cat during her stay. My cat is 12 years old and this has been the best boarding experience by far.

Always super friendly and take the time to look after any issues while they are there.

Lovely, clean facilities. Staff are very friendly and obviously love cats. We weren’t rushed at all when it was time for drop off and just love how they make an effort to keep the cats entertained, and give them cuddles. Karl is more than happy to answer our questions and kept us updated on how our cat was doing on his first visit, even sending us a photo. Thanks!

This is seriously the best place ever! I feel completely reassured when I leave Bella here. She has stayed twice now and both times she has been looked after so well. Carl and the rest of the team give all the cats so much love and attention and I know Bella will be happy when she is here. I wouldn’t leave Bella anywhere else, these guys are the best!

Friendly staff who obviously love cats and provide a personalised service. Plus the accommodation is clean, reasonably priced and I liked that I could pop Molly in her hotel room (rather than just handing her over in her cage), knowing that she would be well looked after.

Another great stay for Macska with Karl and the excellent staff at Booragoon Vets. Top service, top care and a great friendly and professional service as always.

Luxury Escapes for cats!! Top quality "Hotel" accommodation... BUT more IMPORTANTLY excellent care and attention from people who really care about my fur babies. My pure bred Birmans have a very comfortable lifestyle at home - and their stay at Sage Vets is a very close second. But more importantly, Karl's care and accommodating approach was very much appreciated - especially as our flight home was delayed over 2 hours and we needed to make alternate arrangements for collecting the bubs. Thanks Karl :-)

We’ve been using the cat hotel with Sage Vets now for years and I wouldn’t take my two fur babies anywhere else. Excellent care and easy to get to location. My cats stay there a few times a year and I’ve never been disappointed with service and care. I recommend to anyone who needs their cats well loved while they are away.
