That said, we're sorry that the proofing process didn't meet the standard you should expect from us. You're absolutely right that details such as names should be thoroughly checked before proofs are sent out, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to go through multiple unnecessary revisions. We're sorry the courier service let you down on this occasion. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait in for a delivery, especially when dates are changed more than once.
