If only all Companies Customer Service was as good as Saint & Vale.

Long review short - ordered boots which I realised a couple of days later were in USA Size.

Contacted the Company and Steph intercepted the order and got the Size changed

Boots arrived ten days later and whilst great, they weren’t to my taste.

Contacted Steph again and a solution was reached which suited us both.

Steph is a credit to the Company and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I bought one pair of boots to start with, the quality and material were more than expected, it has a very clean and sharp look, received them in 10 days as they mentioned on the website, I was very happy with how they look, stylish as well. Then I went ahead and ordered two more pairs of loafers. Customer support, Steph is a very helpful and genuine person, and acts very responsible.

Great options to explore and expand your wardrobe. I can only speak for their Enzo loafers, and they are exactly the same as pictured. Go with confidence.

Great brand for budget shoppers, quality wise its not high end but you get more than what you pay for. Their customer service is amazing! quick respones and very helpfull.

Let's start from the product, it is amazing! the design, how it is crafted it's beautiful. Whatever you see from the ads is true when get hold of the product. With regards to the customer service/ after sales support is superb. Their sales team is prompt and very professional especially in handling issues or any queries. Overall, I am one of those satisfied customers.

The product I ordered was beautiful, well made, and reasonably priced. I needed to make a size adjustment, and Steph was more than kind in taking care of my request!

The shoes arrived and were unsized in terms of with of my foot so I emailed and got what was the best customer experience ever . They couldnt have been more helpful without the process. Even though it ended with a refund and the shoes going to charity I couldnt fault the most professional customer interaction . Would highly recommend using this company anytime.

The customer support team is fast responding and makes you feel well taken care of. Some items mouth axed mentioned a slight delay was possible which caused my order to split into two, I reached out to the team after the Shop app informed me my full order had been delivered but it had not.

I reached out, received a quick reply, and was reassured that my order was sent in two shipments. I did get an email that stated that part of my order had shipped, it did show all items in the email and shared that feedback but honestly… I feel like I really appreciated them.

I am ordering these shoes for a photo shoot for a clothing brand and needed some items that were affordable, stylish and not to take completely away from the intended purpose.

I can say, they will deliver their purpose. And I already found myself sporting a pair yesterday for a night out because I couldn’t wait for the shoot to try them out.

Shoes arrived but were smaller than i expected and not entirely comfortable.
I wrote to Saint + Vsle, who responded within the hour and offered to give me a full refund or a different size, without any quibbling or making it awkward to get a refund. Very honourable behaviour and much appreciated. I wish them the best

Although the shoes where not my perfect fit, the customer service responded immediately and came with a proper and kind solution. Refund within one day, super fast. I highly recommend this shop!

When there was a mishap and I was greatly disappointed. This company didn't just brush me aside they felt they were wronged as well. As I explained I had a purpose for the product I chose. They took this to heart and seem to see my vision as their own.

I love a brand centered around the customer. I had an issue with shipping due to the war in the region. They took an extra step and offered a full refund which took place very quickly. Hope to see them amongst the big leagues 🫶
