The instructions and process of how to send the ashes were clear and simple. I was kept informed of progress and the process explained throughout the production.
Everything was done with care and empathy and I love the end result.

After four and a half months of waiting, finally receiving my loved one's memorial diamond ring was a very special moment. I wear it every day, and whenever I look at it, it reminds me of the moments we shared.

I'll try to be as brief as possible.My wifes only son past away last august leaving behind wife, son age 10 and daughter age 7,his remains were cremated and I heard about a process to have a man made diamond made from the ashes.upon doing some research I decided to reach out to saint diamond.I told my daughter in law what I wanted to do in order to give her and her daughter a forever remembrance,This company is top notch and was assigned to customer service specialist named Anna and she walked me through the entire process and kept me informed what was going on ans even gave me her direct to call her direct.Anna was incredible,she really showed her sympathy,and she really cared and understood what we were going through,After some 55 years dealing with company reps, Anna was the absolute best.The company may make the diamond but people like Anna make the company.The finished diamond arrived two days before daughter in law and kids came from out of state,opening the box and seeing the diamond was tearfully joyful,explained to the kids what was going on and gran daughter asked if that was daddy and was told yes and daughter in law told her that where ever we go daddy will be with us,,Thank you saint diamond and a bear hug to Anna and a special thank you

I just received my beautiful ring made from ashes and am thrilled with the final product. It is so meaningful to have my forever pup with me in such a special piece.

I did extensive research on all the companies in this space, and even after selecting Saint Diamonds based on the other glowing reviews, I did have moments throughout the approx. seven month process that I worried if this was legit and the interim updates on the diamond growth process were just to string you along. I can attest that it is truly legit, and your dedicated rep is very responsive and was happy to accommodate providing mock ups of many different styles and shapes when I was first deciding, all the way through staying on top of delivery updates to ensure I received the very beautifully packaged final product.

This definitely requires patience and trust, but I couldn’t be happier with my ring.

From the beginning to the end of the process everything was perfect. Even though I was probably one of many clients, Anna was so attentive to me. She kept me updated on every aspect of the process and was quick to respond to any questions that I had.
And in the end my husband’s memorial diamond is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would not hesitate to recommend St. Diamonds.

Anna, was amazing to work with. Losing a loved one is always hard, but Anna made the process as enjoyable as it could be. Anna had empathy and was very proactive in her communications. Anna updated me at every step, and I always knew the next step and that the process of creating the diamonds from my loved one's ashes was on schedule and they were being cared for.

I just loved working with this company, and especially one-on-one with Anna. She was lovely, and so helpful. I had a yellow memorial diamond ring made for Brianna, my golden retriever. I had Brianna for 15 years before she passed, and she was my service dog for about 10 of those years. We were inseparable. This ring allows me to allows have her with me. (And it's absolutely gorgeous!!)

The entire Saint Diamonds experience—start to finish—was exceptional! Wendy was wonderful keeping me updated on the progress of my diamond.

Saint Diamonds did an amazing job. I lost my sweet Ava, my 15 year-old black lab, in April. I decided to have a diamond made so I could carry her with me everywhere. From the start of the journey until I received my beautiful ring, Eva from Saint Diamonds kept me up to date on the process and sent photos of the finished product once it was done. The diamond is stunning and such a wonderful way to keep Ava with me.

Every step of this process was heartfelt, agreeable, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure. From the moment I began showing interest, my new friend Wendy helped me every step of the way.
