Will sell you a dodgy phone and then make up reasons (including fake photos) why they won’t refund you the full value. Beware they will scam as much out of you as they can.

Please beware of buying from this company. I paid £679.99 on August 22 for a refurbished iPhone which promised to be “fully functional.” However, I could not get Face ID to work so I took it to an Apple Store where it was confirmed that as a non genuine camera and display had been fitted the device was not functioning properly. The cost to fix this would be in excess of the price I had paid.

I contacted the company who said I would have to return the product for their technicians to examine it. I did not want to do this as my daughter had set up the device before she went to Australia for 6 months and I did not know how to wipe it nor did I have an alternative device to use to keep in touch with her during the time the phone was away.

I suggested a partial refund as the phone was not fully functional as promised owing to actions they had taken as confirmed by Apple. They have refused to entertain this.

Beware of buying from them. £679.99 was a lot for me to spend on a device that does not work properly.

purchase a Samsung galaxy flip 5 in March 2026 in August 2026 a green line appeared across the screen advised the seller of the issue they said to take a photo of the front screen and back and send it to them, my reply was i must of damaged the phone on impact spoke with Amazon they told the seller they must inspect the phone a return basis so i sent the phone back and guess what there so called technician phone said again I must of had some sort of Impact to the phone which is a LIE! so again I complained to Amazon and they advised the seller they must either replace, repair or refund me so they offered a partial refund of £34 and I paid £280 for the phone and they will not be sending the phone back as well! I'm absolutely disgusted the way I have been treated as a liar and then offered as a goodwill gesture a measly partial refund, avoid this seller they should be struck off all online web-sites!!!

Would really like to give this zero stars - but this is the lowest I can give.
My daughter bought a reconditioned iPhone from this company - it has failed twice - their solution is to require her to send the phone to their technicians to repair - leaving her without the phone for over a week at a time - twice now! They have sent her a different phone now - but the warranty is not renewed, it is continued with the replacement phone & now there are problems with this phone.....and their solution....you've guessed it - she has to send it back to them AGAIN!!!
If you want good after sales - steer clear!
