Excellent, great weekend

I've really enjoyed the HMO course with Saj and Aidas. Having known very little about HMOs before it, I believe the content and education has really helped to grow both my knowledge and confidence. I would highly recommend Saj and Aidas not just because of high quality content but also because of the transparency, support and help provided throughout.

Training day 1 done. Excellent knowledge of HMO strategy both Saj and Aidas. Excellent food and training facility.

Absolutely brilliant day workshop, no other course comes close. Plenty of content, but most of all lots of our own calls & also dissecting the calls, so we understand what we did well & what we need to work on. Saj is on hand to help take over calls if needed. We get to learn different ways of structuring calls & adapting depending on the way the call goes. Would highly recommended for anyone learning how to negotiate whether it be speaking with property owners, landlords or investors. A* course
