suck experience

I asked the cashier twice, and each time I was told that if I bought wine it should be on the shelf inside. I found other staff with poor attitudes and I couldn't understand why I was subjected to such treatment. I was just trying to get wine. Every server was very unprofessional, I showed the email I received along with the attachments and asked many servers and no one knew about this service. Well, maybe no one really came to dengrong to pick up the wine. Finally an older staff checked my code and told me I needed to wait a while and she needed to talk on the phone to confirm this. BTW I didn't even have to show my ID, I just took my wine. The whole experience really sucked. I will not be purchasing anything from this store.

Yoyo, I am so sorry about this. The employees at Toko Dun Yong have specific instructions that if someone asks to pick up their Sakelicious Webshop order to ask for the order number so they can check behind the counter which order to give. We will talk with the store manager at Toko Dun Yong about what happened so they can better instruct their cashiers. As for ID, they will only ask for it when there is doubt about your age. It is sufficient to give the Sakelicious order number as the person who made the order is the only one who knows it.
