They charged my card without any authorization for a monthly subscription ‘ and whn i contacted them they totally ignored my refund request! I had ordered form them one time and didnt like the product and was never considering reordering it u til they automatically charged my card for a re-order! Be aware this is a absolute SCAM!!

Secondly they have processed another order and charged my credit card… this place is a scam do not purchase

We ordered it once but they send again and deducted amount without the permission for a repeated order. I did not receive the product and courier took it back. We didn't get a refund or any reply also... poor customer service..,

Product is good but communication is poor .
There were errors with my order that needed ammendment regarding purchase & payment , I was sending emails for months without it being rectified . I ended up having to go to my bank to change my card number to end the nightmare !
Extremely poor customer service !
Would not purchase from them again nor recommend them to anybody!

I ordered 2 bags of halal collagen on 16th December 2025 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
I have emailed them to complain on their email ID to refund and it was also not delivered.
They are fake and total wastage of money.

They charged me immediately upon ordering but did not send for 3 weeks. I called and emailed a million times asking fir return instructions. NO reply. I shipped the package to their headquarters address. It was returned to me: "Vacant. No forwarding address. Return to sender". Do not deal with this company! Cannot return or get refund.

I couldn’t tolerate the smell despite it being marketed as unflavoured .

Literally I have not gotten a single a reply from any of my emails or phone calls or messages about returns. This stuff is made in China and I realized th is when I couldn’t understand why after taking collagen everyday I was noticing my body deteriorating. Previously I was taking a different brand and it worked wonders. I only used this company because they had a better price point. Had I known it would be literal crap I would’ve never purchased. I can’t believe they’re selling a so called “halal” product but don’t have any business ethics.

I've sent them at least 50 emails. Not a single reply. They're real scammers and they belong in jail. The money-back guarantee is pure fantasy. Don't fall for these companies and don't buy anything from them.

Placed the order 9th October, still waiting. Tried messaging through website, Facebook - no response. sent email no response. Looked up tracking and discover its shipped from China! Website and Facebook page totally misleading.

We order 10 days paying 54 euros no shipment details and response from them till now

Good experience, received my 3 bags of collage to Denmark after a few days. There was a small hole in 2 of the packaging, but they had wrapped it in an extra protective bag.
