We have been with SalesAPE for a year now. What a difference it has made with our sales leads. Our ai agent, "Chloe" responds to website leads within the first 5 minutes, answers questions in a true human voice, consistently learns about our company culture and points of sale. She takes them from introduction to having sales appointments on my calendar daily.

They are highly responsive to issues, and quick to resolve. This technology is changing, and improving, how we manage leads and interact with potential customers. It has provided our sales team with improved data, resulting in more productive, intentional follow up communication. Additionally, it provides service when we otherwise would not be able to offer it (i.e. outside of business hours).

The team has been great to work with - from our initial fact finding call, to our onboarding and continuing to improve our AI agent. The SalesApe team has been great working with our vendors to maximize our experience and make the end result even better.

This has been the best company for us and honestly would recommend to everyone of our clients.

We have been using SalesAPE for over 6 months now and it made a diffrence in our workflow. What stands out is how naturally the bot steers smart, constructive conversations, our incoming lead handling is noticeably better as a result. The UI is convenient, I can correct responses as I go, and the support team is fast and helpful.

From start to finish, the entire process with Salesape was excellent and exciting. The live demo on their website immediately sold us — it clearly showed how the system works and what we could expect, and it was the first AI agent that just worked.

The sales process that followed was professional, informative, and refreshingly efficient. I especially appreciated their expedited launch option — compressing what’s typically a 4-week implementation into a half-day setup window where everything was simply done. I wish every software company offered this kind of streamlined onboarding. From the time I signed the agreement, our agent was running live and great 7 days later (Note: due to HubSpot native integration)

Training our agent was straightforward, and the ongoing training portal makes it easy to keep improving over time. Our client engagement with the agent has been very positive — the volume of messages it can handle provides us with the best possible lead processing, natural human-like responses, and meaningful engagement. The escalation process also works beautifully when more complex issues arise.

Integration with HubSpot was seamless. The workflows allow us to set up advanced triggering strategies, giving us flexibility and control that fit perfectly with our sales and support processes.

Overall, Salesape has exceeded expectations at every step. Excellent product, excellent team, and an experience that sets a new standard for SaaS onboarding and customer success.

Great experience overall with Sales ape

They held our hand through the onboarding process and made sure that our entire tech stack was integrated with their AI assistant before we went live. it took a bit longer than was pitched, but ultimately, we are extremely happy with the end results and have a valuable new tool for handling our inbound leads / getting in touch with them within mere seconds.

It has been great working with Sales Ape getting our AI agent set up. The support has been great, they are responsive and have worked to help customize the agent to work with our company needs.
