My Experience With Sales Crafter

I’m disappointed with my experience with Sales Crafter. I paid for the service expecting the promised support and results, but I have not received the level of service I expected. I have also had difficulty getting a response and getting the issues with my account/funnel resolved.

I would appreciate better communication, clearer support, and a proper resolution for customers who have paid for the service. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas and his team, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and communication. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and providing clear guidance along the way. SCAM! I had a free trial for the 14 days and before the 14 days were up I upgraded to the EComm blazer for package but my website was being labeled as expired. I tried to reach out for support by the support email with the receipts of my payment and received no response. I was charged again within 11 days because of the PayPal automated system and my account is still reflected as expired. I can’t do anything with my website and no response from the support team. So my only conclusion is this is a scam.

They handled my business registration with such care and I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Based on my past experience with other companies, the product was expected to be subpar and without any customer support, leaving me feeling scammed. I received the email with my store details a day before it was expected, and it came with clear instructions on the next steps, which instantly removed my buyer's remorse... This is by far the best service I've received in a while...
