Mi interacción con esta empresa comenzó con urgencia, recibí un correo solicitando un encuentro el mismo día, lo cual me obligó a reorganizar mi agenda para poder cumplir con su petición. Sin embargo, mi esfuerzo resultó ser en vano, ya que 15 minutos antes de la reunión programada, la cancelaron sin proporcionar razones claras o justificadas.

Es importante destacar que para este proyecto mencioné contar con 1000 usuarios y trabajo con un servicio de hosting que apoya a unas 2100 agencias, manejando aproximadamente 6 millones de leads al mes, datos relevantes que parecieron no tener peso alguno en la consideración de mi tiempo y necesidades.

La falta de transparencia en cuanto a sus precios, que originalmente era una preocupación menor, se suma ahora a mi frustración general. La cancelación de última hora sin explicación adecuada me parece una falta de respeto inaceptable, lo que me ha llevado a decidir compartir mi experiencia en cada portal posible.

Esta no es la forma en que se debe tratar a los clientes, especialmente cuando se han hecho esfuerzos significativos para acomodar solicitudes urgentes. Queda claro que mi experiencia fue negativa y espero que sirva de advertencia para futuros clientes potenciales.

I have been using Salesmanago for a few years and I consider it a perfect tool for e-commerce. It helps us to communicate and offer personalized information to the customer. Furthermore, thanks to database segmentation and automation we managed to increase sales. Over the years it has improved a lot in layout and features which are constantly being updated.
The assistance is excellent and quick. Furthermore, the dedicated Projects Manager speaks Italian and is always proactive which helps to improve my marketing activities, save my time and simplify the process of my work.

Sales Manago is a complex but extremely user-friendly tool that is always getting better by offering new functionalities. I’ve been using it during the last 2 years and I have to say that once set up it makes work easier and quicker and allows you to manage in one place all the aspects of a digital marketing strategy: email marketing, pop-up, landing pages, social proof widget, survey, CRM segmentation, automation, live chat, RFM matrices and many many more. Special mention for the customer service that is always there to help with professional and quick support when you have some difficulties.
It might be helpful to have more customisation option in the newsletter and a more deep view in the analytics. Some tools have to be implemented but I'm sure it will be done in the future as SalesManago is always improving.

Cancelled our contract in October 2022 due to being mid-sold their product, yet despite this cancellation and our numerous attempts to communicate, we find ourselves in an untenable situation.

To our astonishment, we have received ongoing 6 monthly invoices, each amounting to over €11,000, for services that we explicitly terminated a year ago. Our efforts to address this matter through email correspondence have been met with repeated disregard and radio silence.

What adds to the distressing nature of this situation is the involvement of a “debt collector” who, rather ironically, issued a demand for over €25,000 and then proceeded to ignore our reply, much like SalesManago. This has only exacerbated the frustration surrounding this matter.

Today, we received yet another invoice for over €11,000, despite our continuous and well-documented communication regarding the cancellation of the service. It is deeply disappointing to witness such unprofessional conduct.

We have never encountered an organisation that conducts its affairs in such a careless and unresponsive manner. In light of these ongoing issues, we have no alternative but to seek legal advice to safeguard our rights and interests.

Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Salesmanago is a fantastic marketing automation tool. It has a lot of features, I still don't use all of them, but I recommend the email creator, workflow, forms and popup creator, live chat, RFM, web pushes and pushes in the mobile app. Awesome tool for online stores. Plus they have a fast and efficient support team.

When it comes to CRMs, there's "no one size fits all", and in my industry (travel) while going for a CRM it's been a really difficult choice which to choose. Although, I wasn't in the company at the time, I saw the other choices and I reckon they opted in for the right tool.

I had some experience with various ESPs and CRMs (to this day on some other side projects I use Omnisend and Klaviyo), but I can definitely say that when it comes to automation, SALESmanago is phenomenal and covers our needs as it should.

Let's start with the pros:
— success managers always there for you;
— they are willing to listen to your experience;
— UI/UX is very simple, especially when building flows;
— constantly looking to upgrade.

Some of the cons:
— looking at the sales analytics, you cannot change the dates, but you can only choose the pre-determined dates such as "current week", "past week", "current month", "past month" etc;
— I would love to be able to export a .csv file of contacts who've converted so I can cross-reference with our internal system analytics, otherwise all I see is a number of people and how much traffic is happening;
— most changes are merely cosmetic;
— predictive analytics aren't optimised for audiences who convert once per year.

Also, it must be noted that lots of stuff has been left unused by my team due to the nature of our business and resource limitations, but the main stuff relevant to us is extremely good.

Lastly, when integrating it, the developers received the API documentation which wasn't really up to the task (do note we have a custom web). They didn't understand what to do, so expect marketeers to be the bridge between the devs and the company when integrating it. Unless the documentation has been updated in the meantime.

I really appreciate the partnership with Sales Manago - I am a user of this engine for almost 5 years now. Great way to send mails to my customers. Great customer service as well!

1. Customer service - always had quick responses form the support team. They receive feedback on the same day! A team of professionals is ready to assist in problem-solving and provide answers to inquiries.
2. Great new Email Design Studio. You can create what you require with a bit of consideration, time and attention.
3. A lot of tools in one platform (email, ads, push, itp).
4. UX could be better.

SalesManago is a very sophisticated and professional tool to support marketing activities. I wanted to emphasise that technical support responds very matter-of-factly and quickly to problems that arise. The service is very helpful and professional.

The company did not fulfill the agreement as agreed, yet charged me for the entire contract period. When I filed a complaint, even though they knew the fault was on their side, they started debt collection proceedings. This resulted in financial loss of over 2k usd for my company for a service that was never implemented due to Salesmanago/Benhauer's fault.

Their system does not work as advertised in their marketing materials or during meetings. After signing, the responsible personnel for your service constantly changes, and in the end, your case is handled by debt collectors even if the company knows that the fault is on their side. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Fatal experiencia con Sales Manago. Contratamos la herramienta principalmente para automatizaciones de e-mail marketing (las expectativas que nos ofrecieron eran buenísimas) y no ha funcionado bien ni un día.

Lleva pendiente actualizarse desde hace meses y presentan bugs internos. Además, su equipo de soporte da unos plazos de entrega larguísimos sin que lleguen a solucionar nada.
