I didn’t think it was possible for Salt Escapes to live up to the Instagram hype….but it did!! Salt Escapes was everything I imagined it could be and more. 5 star accommodations. 5 star meals. 5 star service. But at the end of the day it was the people that elevated the trip to the next level. I have new friends for life. And the staff- Sophie, Clem, Josh, Ayesha…I would follow them anywhere in the world. ❤️❤️

It's hard to put into words what I experienced during my first-ever Salt Escapes in Ibiza. I think the only way to really describe it would be to say it was *pure magic* - between the challenging (but fun!) workouts, the incredible homecooked meals, the gorgeous villa, and the amazing staff (a million shoutouts to Clem, Josh, Soph, & Suze). But to top it all off, the group I was with was absolutely INCREDIBLE. This was likely the best week of my entire life, and I wish I could relive it over and over again. But for now, I'll just have to resort to booking my next Escape...

I had the most amazing time on my first salt escape trip in Greece and for anyone considering to do a trip, book it you will not regret it.

Mike and Amy created such a great programme for the week, while also making it fun too. Both were so supportive and such great energy. Tam for being the best yoga teacher! and Ayesha cooking the most incredible food.

Being with such a genuinely lovely group of people was a highlight. Their positive energy and team spirit truly enhanced the whole experience 🫶🏽

I can't wait to book my next salt escape trip.

Hands down one of the best holidays I’ve ever had! Amy and Mike have really created something special with Salt Escapes. Everything felt seamless - the perfect balance of challenging workouts, relaxation, adventure, and connection. Already looking forward to my next retreat!

This was my first trip with Salt Escapes and safe to say I will be booking another one. Incredible location, fresh food every day, amazing workouts and the best group of people who turn into new friends by the end of the week. Mike, Amy, Ayesha and Tamara, brought the energy every day and it honestly felt like just one big family! If you are thinking of booking it, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Incredible experience with Mike, Amy, Tamara and Ayesha in Greece.

You will have the most amazing and special week, with strangers becoming close friends within a matter of days. The workouts are hiit focused, and whilst they can push you, they are really fun and help you bond with everyone. They are also followed up by the best food you could imagine, and the most relaxing yoga sessions.

It is absolutely not a boot camp, so no pressure to do anything you don’t want to, and lots of chance to let your hair down between sessions.

This was my third trip, and I can’t wait to sign up for more.

Phenomenal experience overall. The trainers and hosts were great and brought high energy to the workouts. The food was outstanding! I’ve probably never eaten so well in my life. The villa was great as well. I was very fortunate to have a solid group of travellers with me as well and they made the experience all the better. I have nothing bad to say about it.

I only have positive feedback on our recent escape. Above everything though is the inclusivity of the experience, a spirit generated by the Salt Escapes team and imbued throughout the group. It felt as though everyone joined in, everyone supported each other through the exercise and everyone had a great time!! Rare. Brilliant. Thank you.

The best week ever in Ibiza - incredible coaches and hosts, wonderful people, perfectly balanced itinerary, amazing food. I could keep going on and on. If you're in doubt or nervous, just book the holiday and you'll have the best time

My Salt Escapes trip in Ibiza was absolutely incredible! This was my first solo trip, and from the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers were not only knowledgeable and encouraging, but they also took the time to really connect with each of us. The workouts were challenging in the best way and left me feeling stronger and inspired. The food was amazing—fresh, beautifully prepared, and inspired by the local cuisine. It was a highlight of each day. What really made the experience special, though, were the people. Guests who started out as strangers quickly became lifelong friends, bonded through a shared passion for fitness and adventure. Salt Escapes delivered the perfect balance of training, community, and relaxation. I’ll definitely be booking another trip with them!

Can’t wait for the next trip! Highly recommend! I had a great feeling going into the trip and my expectations were far exceeded! The team that runs the week are absolute pro’s!

Brilliant balance of challenging HIIT workouts, yoga recovery, and down time to relax and enjoy the island of Ibiza. Every day was fueled by stellar food and great company. Thank you Clem, Suze, Bryony, Sophie & crew!

5 stars no question, Salt Escapes was exactly what I hoped for, I had the most incredible week!
The workouts were brutal but in the best way possible, and we were cheered on all the way through by our two amazing coaches Clem and Bryony! I loved the balance with our daily yoga, good for the soul and the aches, thanks to Suze. And the food was spectacular every day, I have an allergy and I never feel like I missed out thanks to Sophie, who put a lot of care and thought into everything she made for everyone!
The location was truly incredible and boat day IS as good as it looks.
The only problem is deciding which to do next, I'm looking forward to it already.

Fantastic week in Ibiza led by Clem and the team. The workouts were tough but got everyone involved, and the yoga was a welcome reset in the day and we were always fueled by the amazing food! The boat day was a fabulous addition to the itinerary. Could not recommend this trip more, a great way to meet like minded individuals.
