It was a pleasure doing business with Salt Bricks. We are located in Canada and ordered from Salt Bricks USA. The shipment arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Since salt bricks are very fragile, there is always a risk of damage during shipping, but the packaging was exceptional and every brick arrived intact.

I will definitely choose Salt Bricks again for my future needs. I would also like to recognize Michael for his outstanding customer service. His support, communication, and follow-up throughout the process were excellent and truly deserve appreciation.

I ordered the salt blocks for the feet for my client. I told her about them, because I have a set from sbout thirty years ago and love them.
Unfortunately, they were damaged durring shipping.
This company sent me another set of blocks and I did not have to argue or get angry. I know these things happen, but I talked to Michael and he took care of everything and made sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely order again and probably will for another client.
