I telephoned their customers service in Braunton.
My purchase a beautiful hat, was sent off to me immediately.

Receipts

Very happy with the clothing but on paying and asking for a receipt on two occasions of purchasing clothing from Braunton we were told that our receipts would be sent by email, to-date we have not received these receipts but an email sent by Trustpilot means our email given out at time of purchase was correct so would appreciate our receipts
