For the most part, this shop has been fantastic, my partner & I however went in today, only for 1 of the staff members to speak out about us saying “there a couple of s**t stirrers”
My partner later went to complain to the manager however there was not one on site at the time.
We did buy a t-shirt & the other customer service rep was fantastic but this has really dampened our experience with this shop as a whole! Also left a review on Google… Honestly didn’t want to do this as every other time the service has been top notch.

In response to the shops comments:
The staff member involved has had a running gripe with my partner, I get that feelings can be brought to the surface, however in a professional capacity, this should NOT happen. If this was a joke, wouldn’t we be shown to be joining in with this?
Not impressed with this what so ever

I wanted to return some clothes I had bought online at the Brixham store. The sales person immediately complained at my bringing returns to the store saying it would affect her quotas. Then claimed she coud not refund as the price had changed even though Saltrock allow customers to return online items to a local store and price changes must happen all the time. The next day I went to the Dartmouth store and they had no problem with the refund overriding the price difference without any trouble.

Nice boutique with a good selection for all. And like anywhere else in Brixham worth visiting they welcome dogs. Bought the same t-shirt again online when I got back home. Great quality.

Will continue to buy from Saltrock and look forward to visiting the Brixham shop again later this summer. Had 5* customer service there last August. Although it was nearly closing time the person in the shop allowed us plenty of time to purchase what we needed and didn't rush us.

Popped into the Brixham store today the staff were absolutely ridiculous, just messing around and being stupid, no one came to see if I needed any help very unprofessional

We recently came across Saltrock on holiday snd my husband bought a sweater. Great store customer service. We were so pleased with the quality he ordered a hoodie when we got home. It’s lovely and warm with excellent material. Washes great too! Bought out niece a tshirt too.

I buy Saltrock clothing for my now 14 year old son whenever we head down to Cornwall and Devon & recently started shopping online too. Decent quantity & reasonably priced. Also staff are always amazing and each store we’ve visited so far.

Always loved Saltrock and the designs are getting better and better. Tried to get the hoodie in several stores while down in Devon but not many sizes so went online instead. Good value and wear well.

Fast delivery perfect item !! First time I’ve used the service after visiting a shop in Brixham Devon to buy a jumper after being cold. So I then bought my wife one from the website and I will be buying more from now on after I didn’t realise how good the clothes were.

Great quality and excellent value for money.
The online service is really good, but I still prefer a lazy mooch around the store.
