I ordered a chain from Salty Dagger nearly TWO MONTHS ago for €200 and the experience has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. The tracking stopped updating over 10 days in and when I contacted their so-called "customer service" they told me to deal with customs myself. Excuse me? I paid YOU for the product and now I’m supposed to do YOUR job too?

But it gets worse.

After two months of back-and-forth, endless calls to the post office and customs and total radio silence from Salty Dagger, I was finally told I had to pay an extra €52 at the post office just to retrieve the parcel. That’s €252 for a single chain and not once did Salty Dagger offer help, support, or even the decency of a proper response.

When I contacted them again to request a reimbursement for the €52 they flat-out refused.

Let me be crystal clear: this is not just bad service. This is a company that takes your money, ghosts you, dumps the logistics on you and then tells you to deal with it. It's shady, unprofessional, and borderline scammy.

If you're even thinking of ordering from Salty Dagger DON'T. Save yourself the money, the stress and the massive headache. Once they’ve got your cash, you're on your own.

I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriends birthday and had a few issues with UK delivery / tracking. The whole team were so helpful with getting this sorted and the quality and appearance of the piece is beautiful. I’m obsessed with Salty Dagger. I wear one of their silver rings (Back in the Day) and a pair of gold earrings (Wise Eyes) every day for the past year.

The ring’s glyph, a penguin with a board, has a lot of sentimental meaning for me; it was given to me as a gift by someone who made a lasting impact on my love for surfing. The ring shines beautifully and I get compliments on it all the time.

The Wise Eyes earrings in gold are stunning. I love looking at them in the mirror haha. They have this gorgeous luster because of Salty Dagger’s fabrication, which mixes 24k and 18k layers to get the best color and durability. The clasps are INCREDIBLE. I forgot to take them off before taking a ride on a high-speed, loop-dee-looping rollercoaster, and they held fast through it. I was so impressed, but I will never do that again because these earrings have been out of stock for ages and I love them to pieces.

SD’s customer service is also spot-on. Hit them up with questions, they’ll try their best to do right by you!

I’ve worn my ring and earrings up mountains, traveling in at least 3 countries, and through some rough patches of my life. These are long-lasting pieces that I think will last generations. Thank you for being a part of my everyday, SD!

Ordered a few pieces that i absolutely adore! The packaging they came in was amazing, so unique and the fact that polishing cloths come with the pieces is amazing! Really lovely thing to have with good pieces of jewellery. I was also given a "lucky dip" item which is a beautiful ring. Would 100% recommend buying from these guys, worth every penny!
