Toni was able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated! Love my eyelashes! Very excited about the curl and tint. Roni was professional, super sweet, and did a great job. Will definitely be going back!

Roni is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She makes you feel comfortable and like you're a part of the process of finding what works best for your skin.
And of course your skin feels wonderful afterward.

Kelsey did a fantastc job on my eyelashes. I am more than impressed. They are beautiful and she completed them much faster than I anticipated, which is always nice. Absolutely recommend and will certainly be going back.

Roni is professional, friendly, and is extremely knowledgable. I love that she is always doing research and looking for more ways to bring the latest, most effective technology to our little island. I always have a great time whenever I stop in for a treatment. There have been some exciting changes as Roni has added to her team of specialists. From eye lash lifts, facials, teeth whitening, etc, I highly recommend checking out the Salty Mermaid Beauty Lounge for any of your beauty needs.

Kelsey is AMAZING! She’s done 2 brow makeovers on me, and some facial waxing, and I’m obsessed. My brows have so much grow out, and the lamination and tint lasted so long! She makes her clients feel right at home and is so fun to chat with too!

I love Roni, and the atmosphere, but I almost feel like I’m not wanted, or maybe preferred? Maybe it’s because I’m not super girly and do these things all the time? Every appointment has been very late, one time I actually was waiting 5 minutes before my appointment with the person scheduled before me- so an entire appointment behind, and I’ve spent over 1.5 hours between 4 separate appointments just waiting in my car.

I really really love these services and they are considered a special treat financially, a budgeting investment into self care, so the financial side of not feeling like a priority is off-putting.

I really don’t want to go somewhere else and am afraid an honest review is going to impact my ability to get an appointment, but I don’t feel valued for the amount of money being charged, and walk away discouraged. It is hard for me to recommend a business when I don’t feel like a valued customer.

Follow up:
I had an appointment for May 11 at 6:00, Roni texted to ask to change the time to 3:30, which I agreed and set up transportation for my child from school. When I got to the appointment (at 3:25) Roni let me know she had just set a timer for 15 min on the appointment before me. Due to my child’s bus schedule, I had to leave and wasn’t able to have my changed time appointment.

Roni rescheduled me for yesterday, May 13. She texted me to let me know she had a stomach bug and had to reschedule, which would have been fine, but then I ran into her at Guardians of the Galaxy that night, and it was so awkward and uncomfortable I felt weird, Roni was seated at the end of my row.

So after that, I’m sad to say I’m rebooking elsewhere.

I was so comfortable and relaxed. I fell right to sleep getting my eyelashes done. They are all so nice and funny in there. Hard not to laugh with out moving my eyes.

Kelsey is so wonderful. Best Brazilian I’ve ever gotten. Warm and inviting atmosphere and special attention paid to detail. 100% recommend.

Roni made everything great! She is such a breath of fresh air very friendly and so comfortable to talk to! I would highly recommend her! I got a Brazilian from her and her work is flawless!

My appointment was for Melasma Clean Face but they are giving a different service! Another way the price was over than the price according. That was not a nice experience.

Roni is delightful. It is hard to imagine that anyone else can make you as comfortable as she does.
