Salus レビュー 

I can only agree with the other reviewers that support from Salus is appalling. The bot is completely useless. No response to my request for a support ticket. No phone support for individuals. No phone numbers on the website (if you want it, it is 01226 323961, but it won't do you any good). I eventually emailed the sales dept. who informed me pretty quickly that the problem I was experiencing was due to failure of the Salus servers and that engineers were working hard to get them back up. Two stars for the sales dept., none for the remainder of Salus.

when the hot water symbol failed to appear on our remote and therefore our whole heating system did not work probably we tried to contact Salus. They do not offer 1 to 1 tech support, you have to go online and have a ticket issued then eventually (24 hours later) have someone you can talk to via email. they tell you how to rectify the problem but when that doesn't work your only choice is to communicate via email. Eventually we threw it away and had Hive installed. The best thing that happened. A TRILLION times better

Possibly the most useless on line heating controls on the planet

What an abysmal unhelpful company this is... One cannot call them for some hopefully simple advice and guidance as one is NOT a business...Therefore the other and perhaps only option is to write a diatribe explaining to whoever what the query might be...the system them sends a Support Ticket number... to the customer
Having secured such a ticket number one then waits and waits and perhaps waits in the vain hope that someone from this outfit actually returns the call...There is no guide as to the length of time one might be putting their lives etc on hold...Appalling service
Going back to their most unhelpful 'Sally' Bot one cannot get past her repetitive questions, certainly the option of being put through to a human being is not in her data base...

DO NOT BUT ANY EQUIPMENT FROM SALUS. THEY ARE FAULTY. THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR AND REFUSE TO RETURN. CHECK AMAZON REVUEWS. I WENT TO SMALL CLAIMS, MY MP, EVEN AMAZON AND THEY ALL TRIED TO CONTACT BUT BOBODY RETURNED THE CALL. THEY ARE RUDE AND SELL FAULTY TREADMILLS. THE OWNER LIVES IN AUSTRALIA AND NEVER EVER IS AVAILABLE. IM SURE THEY WILL GO BUST BERY VERY SOON!!!!
